I loved DTU. It is a college which is good in every aspect. Moreover it is in Delhi which adds to its strength and atmosphere. If I would get a chance to choose between IIT or DTU, I would opt for it once again as it is an awesome campus, college with placements matching to the standards of IITs.
Yes in my college the placement wise DTU is best but the some faculty has not teach well like other teachers. The college environment greenery in whole campus which is reliable to the students to learn in the good environment because environment iia playing a vital role in a study.
DTU is Delhi oldest engineering college who rank in India's prestigious college ,I think DTU have great exposure to their students & student can choose which profession which he like most.
Where negative is that college day by day increasing its seats & even to fill their seats it allow lateral entry so due to this the quality is decreasing .
Usually this kind of college do not jave negative remarks but yes there are do some negative remarks for every situation as there is exception in each case
As it's a government college so according to that the fees is very high this the only negative remarks i found in this
As the name changed from DCE to DTU the college lost its old glory as Delhi College of Engineering is a bigger brand than Delhi Technological University.
Now let us talk about Positives.
1.) Placements are great as it is one of the best in Delhi.
2.) Startup Culture is highly supportive.
3.) Extra Co Cirricular activities help in overall development
DTU Management is one of the most commendable ones. They work very hard to maintain the name of the organization. A very well organized and strategic functioning is executed by DTU Management. Overall DTU is one of the renowned University for a reason. It features in the top 10 engineering colleges across the country.
The MBA department of DTU should start following the Trimester system like many other B-Schools in India so that students don't face any problem looking for internships.
Overall the college provides good facilities for a student to grow in all sections of life. However, the faculty should be a little more helpful and supportive to the students for their growth.
