DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is good for core branches Like mechanical, CS, ECE, etc. It's difficult to get placement for branches like Production, Engineering physics, biotechnology, etc. Hero, Mahindra, Microsoft, Google, etc. Average The package is near to 5k-8k for mechanical engineers.

DTU is one of the best colleges in the Delhi NCR region, and it is proved by the way things work here. There are some negative aspects as well like the professors sometimes are not very helpful but this is a very rare situation. I like the infrastructure very much, I am a sports person and the college provide all kinds of facilities to brush up my skills.

The best thing about the college is its infrastructure. It is a huge green campus. You sit at the open-air theatre to chill out with your friends or even study under the blue sky in the chilled environment. DTU is a great college but the problem is it is situated in the outskirts of the city, hence it sometimes become difficult to reach out to the market and mostly all the things have to be done by you only, like there are very less people to help you out with your minor projects or studies. Professors are available but not all the time. Considering the Cultural and co-curricular activities, DTU is the best.

The college is just like a home. such a large and beautiful campus all around might steal your heart at the first sight. The open air theatre , br Ambedkar auditorium wind point , every place is too beautiful.

The placement scenario is extremely good. Around 80-85% of the student gets easily places in good companies. Major companies were TCS, Amazon, Uber, ola, Flipkart, HCl, the average package was between 7-8 lakhs.

Overall experience is simply very good there in slush green vast campus . The night scene of the campus is very wonderful.It makes you wish to go to a tour of the college at night.There are also some beautiful peacocks wandering around in the college campus. The campus is awesome which is built in more than 250 acres. Its a wonderful feeling to have great events in respect to every field everyday in this college.Great personalities come here and encourages and guides the students of DTU to keep them in the right path. Great college in short.

The exposure and social life that one gets here is incredible. The focus on teaching and skill development and the standard of teaching from the faculty side should be improvised.Being an esteemed institution, it is a great place to hone one's overall personality.
