Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

Friendly and managable

Likes

Campus life i mean surroundings and nature.
Seniors in caampus,like they are friendly
No pressure from teachers regarding studies

Dislikes

The food in mess is little bit bad in my opinion
No information regarding student's attendance percentage in website.
Results are delayed for a long time after completion of exams

Placement Experience:

This college provides decent placements for all branches.It provides good placements for all branches equally which has to be noted importantly.The course cs which I have chosen have average package of 12-15 lakh per anum.mostly above 90% of students gets placed

Review of NIT KURUKSHETRA

Likes

There is great bonding among the new peers because of 3 seater rooms
There are canteen available within the campus and there is also Market in the campus from where you can buy necessary things
Placement is good 😊 for core as well as non core branches

Dislikes

Bad mess food 😞 and extra charges in mess
Hostels are quite old for 1 st year and are not repaired and
Some teachers consider themselves god and have no soft corner for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course duration of each semester exam is almost 6 months. You need to obtain 40 percent marks both internally and externally to pass the exam. The attendance criteria is 75 percent and if you don't fullfill this criteria then they will not allow you to sit in end sem exam unless you provide valid reason

All about NIT Kurukshetra.

Likes

I like clubs and societies of NIT kurukshetra. They enhance the knowledge of management of students .
Sports facilities of NIT kurukshetra is also very good .We have various sports event sports event in NIT like citius and inter hostel games.
NIT has its own health facilities and NIT market where all necessary items are available.

Dislikes

NIT kurukshetra is located far from the city.
Recently suicide cases are increasing in the NIT.
Exams held every month which cause a lot of stress.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester .There are many companies which visits NIT. Top companies that participate in NIT kurukshetra placement 2023 session are Infosys ,TCS ,Wipro, Google, Amazon ,Flipkart, and others. NIT kurukshetra median package for the b tech program stood at 11,00,000. The placement statics differ for each course offered by the institute. As per NIT btech placement 2023 a total of 662 students got placed amounting to a placement percentage of 75%.

Life at NITKKR

Likes

Campus infrastructure is good with old design.
Campus has a huge amount of trees which contributes in Greenery.
Timing or schedule of classes is best ever.

Dislikes

They are giving a lot of pressure in terms of 2 mid sems .
Mess food is poor term of quality and price.
Hostel condition is not up to mark until now.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for placement and from 6th semester they are eligible for internship. Average package for this year is 12 LPA for all branches. In mechanical engineering department 60 percentage of students are placed until now

At NIT KURUKSHETRA every where is greenery.

Dislikes

Hostel can be more good and food can be improved

Course Curriculum Overview:

As it very hard to get into the nit by jee as only 5% of students only get into. Curriculum is same as the other colleges in India but you get good exposure to people in the college you get to know like minded people.

Life at NIT KURUKSHETRA

Likes

The working of different clubs is really and you get to learn a lot from them.
The environment is full of greenery and the roads are also safe.
The canteens and market facilities to buy certain items is also appreciable

Dislikes

The hostel food is way worse and it feels we are getting looted every month in the name of charges.
The teaching in classrooms is also not that good, certain teachers literally don't know anything about their subjects
The events in the college is also not that good.

Placement Experience:

The tech branch placements have downgraded a lot, it is becoming near to impossible for tech students to get placements, even the computer science students, the core placements have improved, branches such as mechanical and PI are getting better at placements, electrical branches are going good in placements

Nit kurukshetra is overall good

Likes

The whole campus is secured. The security guard maintain the security of the campus.
Insfracture of our campus is good. So there is no problem in it
There is a market in our campus. Everything is available there.

Dislikes

In mess there is no non veg food. I did not like it.
We can't go outside after 8:30 pm. That thing i did not like it.
We can't go outside our hostel after 10:30.

Placement Experience:

NiT kurukshetra placement in 2022-23 year. The highest package is 62.5 LPA. The average package isn14.16 LPA. The Institute has a placement cell that offers multiple job opportunities in various multinational companies like Infosys,TCS, wipro,google, amazom and others.

Good Campus,Good quality of Students,Better food mess as compared to others
You will be able to find good stydy environment and good placement opportunities
Course structure is kind of very relevant and they are trying to focus on every branch core subjects from first year only

Dislikes

Teachers are not good they just come to college to deliver a lecture whether a student understands our not
There are drugs,relationships and all that stuff which can hamper our growth
Cgpa is relative which is a big problem as papers are very hard and you cannot score good marks in them

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is good in terms of relevance as compared to over colleges but the teachers are not very good. They do not show any type of interest towards students they will just come teach you little here and there and then go back and if you are expecting that they will set the paper on the same pattern as they are teaching us then you are a big fool because they reel set the hardest paper possible At a moment we even believe that they themselves can not even solve that paper in that time limit but at the course is good and teachers are below average.

The campus area is very attracting. It feels quite good strolling in the campus along with friends .
Different clubs and society are very exciting.
Infrastructure is well maintained and well structured.

Dislikes

There is no internship provided in 3rd year.
Fests were not that good as we expect in NIT's
Wifi system should be provided in every hostel.

The students are eligible for campus placement only is 4th year.Top recruiters that participate in the NIT Kurukshetra placement 2023 session are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and others. NIT Kurukshetra median package for the B. Tech program stood at INR INR 11.07 LPA. The placement statistics differ for each course offered by the institute. Percentage of students getting placement is quite good with 82.72%.

Life at NIT Kurukshetra

You will have an amazing campus life here, and You can capture memories from this institute. Various programs are conducted and have many clubs, crews, magazine festivals, societies, etc.

The hush-green campus is incredible, giving off a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
