Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

Likes

Campus life is too good because here i had learned how to handle things.
College infrastructure is good as per my expectations
Sports facilities are free for everyone. In fact gym is also free.

Dislikes

Sometimes professor don't teach well and speak slowly
Most of the rich family students always used to eat junk food in canteen
There is no restrictions at the entrance gate.

College placements are OSM. Talking about last year's data.. Then in the civil department 50 per cent of the students got placed in data analytics, 20-30 per cent in core with a median package of 8 lpa. Overall placements are better

Brief Knowledge about NIT KURUKSHETRA

Likes

College Location and easy access for daily essentials.
Placement was good enough inspite of the branch the individual studies.
Faculty were friendly and teaching skills.

Dislikes

Infrastructure was also not upto the mark as our college was a bit old.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As My passion is to become a Successful Engineer I have chosen the Btech course The Faculty in Engineering Colleges are quite good, especially at nits and IITs. There were no issues even with the Qualifications of Faculty as they are some of the Top Knowledge persons they are chosen for teaching in NIT and IIT'S Exams happen frequently but the time was enough for every individual for their preparation to be up to the mark. To my knowledge, it's difficult in terms of Correction of Exams but not difficult for Being passed.

Infrastructure of college is to old, professor are assigned late for the subjects

Placement Experience:

In cs department around 90 percents students are got placed from eligible students . Maximum package of college is 2023 is around 60 lakh and avg was around 20lakh for cs department, placements statistics of it department was better than cs for 2023 year

Things you should know about nit kurukshetra.

Likes

College greenary is beautiful and wonderful here.
Infrastructure is awesome with modern facilities.
Placements are very phenomenal with more 90 %students placing.

Dislikes

Mess good is not so good with repittion of potato every day.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year onwards placements offerings are there. Software companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc., and core companies like Tata, Mahindra, etc. are there for placements . The highest package from last is 1.35 cr from the coding side.

NIT KURUKSHETRA- in a nutshell

Likes

NIT has a beautiful , lush green and huge campus of 300 acres
the seniors studying here are quite friendly and helpful
the campus life is quite serene and many facilities are provided for the betterment of students

Dislikes

College has little to no growth and focus on research facilities
the college is located in the outskirts of the city which entry outside of college is restricted after 10pm officially
mess quality can be improved with hostel accommodations as well

Placement Experience:

Microsoft , TCS, Airtel, Genpact , Samsung , Delloitte etc come in campus for hiring . highest package offered was 64 Lpa and the average package overall was 12 Lpa for software development lead and tech lead in various companies.percentage of students getting placements depend on the branches. CS/IT have almost 100% placements while civil engineering has the lowest percentage (68%).My plan is to go for MBA after completing graduation

Pros and Cons of NIT KKR

Likes

There is too much greenery in the campus and good environment with flower decoration.
There are good canteens in the campus 24*7.

Dislikes

Mess food is average and there is lot of rush sometimes.
There are no research facilities available.They only focus on CGPA

Placement Experience:

7th-semester students are eligible for placements with a CGPA greater than 8. To apply for all placement offers you require an 8.5 CGPA. There are many companies visiting the campus like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Reliance, Adobe, etc. There is a 12LPA Average package and a 64LPA highest package in 2022-2023. The percentage of placement is according to branch, CS and IT have the highest placement percentage and civil has the lowest percentage of placement.

Things that I likes more is the campus of our college.
And sports facilities that are also I like .
And swimming pool facilities are there so I can swim.

Dislikes

Classes schedule is so hactic so we are trouble.

The placement record of our college is also good and the average package is 8 lakh per annum. Most of the students are placed in their stream. After completing the course I want to be placed in Google in the technical stream.

Likes

Hostel room which are very good in condition and fully furnished
hostel campus which are full of greenery and beautiful to see
Faculty are very experienced and facilities are top notch

Dislikes

Hostel mess food are not so much good you can only survive on that food

from the start of 7th semester you are eligible for campus placement at Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe Meesho flipkart paytm etc... and they provide a handsome number of offers highest package last year from our college was 1.25 crore for the role of SDE almost 87 per cent of students can get placement from our college I want to do a high-paying job

Campus is very good of our campus with a lot of greenery and scenic beauty
Sports Facilities are very good for various sports.
Competition among students is also one of the fantastic thongs about my college.

Placement opportunities are very good at my college. 7th-semester students are eligible for campus placements. Approximately 250 companies come per year and more than 450 offers are made. Google Microsoft Amazon Flipkart and many more. Approx 80% of students get placement. I will work in the IT Sector after my Btech.

Campus : The campus here is quite large and have varieties in choices of demand as it contains everything you want ... want to wander every place is good enough
Greenery : The greenery in the campus is too good be exist ... their is an excess of trees acting together to give a overall good environment for studies
Swimming pool: This thing is new to me that's why I am biased towards this ... college have an amazing swimming where you can learn this sports and make your day interesting.

Dislikes

Professors: Some of the professors here are not very enthusiastic when it comes to teaching . They need to improve a lot regarding the pedagogy of teaching
Attendance: Attendance here is 75 mandatory which makes it difficult to manage sometimes because the boring nature of lectures .

Placement Experience:

In 2021-22 the number of students who got placed was only 50% because the civil branch didn't have a lucrative job offer like in computer science or IT. Placement in CS, IT or electronics branches is excellent. all you have to do is work hard and grab the opportunity. The first reason why civil engineering students do not sit for placement is that they are preparing for government jobs. Logically, civil engineering students have lots of spare time, so they try to utilise the time for something better. The average salary package offered in the civil branch is 7.94 LPA. The average salary packages in the Cs and IT branches are 19.81 and 18.30 LPA
