Life in Dr. YSP University Solan

Fees and Financial Aid:

There are two types of seats which are self financing seat and normal seat. To get normal seat you have to clear the university exam and to get self financing seat you are selected on the basis of marks acquired in +2 examination. The fee for normal seat per semester is around 30,000 which rounds upto 60,000 per annum and the fee for self financing seat is around 60,000 per semester which rounds to 1,20,000 annuals. The scholarship is also available for studnets based on their marks and CGPA.

1. Yearly fees - 50000 aprox for normal seat And for paid seat it's about 1.4 lack 2 . Tution fees per sem. Is 10 k for normal seat and 50 k for paid seat 3 . Scholarship is available for only toppers and category students who got good marks in 12 th 4. One time registration fee is 28 k for all students 5. Scholarship of 2k per month is given to toppers under different names

Fees structure is costly for the self finacing seats as they provide seats on the basis of 10+2 percentage.

As i am studying in Dr. Y.S.P. University nauni Here academic and sport circulum is great as there is large campus area with auditorium gymnasium and gym's as one wish to do so. Teaching is great as there is a lot of professor present regarding every course and also there is scope of further researches in foreign university on the scholarship basis.

The year wise fees we paid is 35000 for first semester and we'll be paying around 31000 for second semester as there are some extra dues during 1st semester this fees structure is for normal seat which we get by appearing in exam conducted by university.If you want to take addmission on self finance seat you have to pay 75000 for 1st semester and 71000 for second semester and this is the fees structure for this year students if you take addmission in 2025 it may varry with 5 thousand.This the only criteria for fees .

First and best thing is the climate of the place the greenery free from pollution and isolation is the best aspect of the place fees charges are also very nominal if one could manage to get into normal seat that will be very easy for him in expenses
Directly horticulture and forestry is a applied science means we can grow any thing we want can develop varieties

course fees for graduation for general seat was around 2-3 lakhs which may vary now there are scholarships which are provided by ICAR, and stipend provided by the institution itself after graduation you are eligible for different type of jobs which are itself provided by the institution in projects
