VALLABH GOVT COLLEGE

Likes

Teachers are very helpful, they'll help you in studies, extra curricular activities etc.
There are extra curricular activities like, NCC, NSS Scouts and guides etc.
Campus is clean and spacious, have benches to sit around.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses curriculum is very good. The teachers use projector to teach and they teach very good. The only improvement needed in course curriculum is for the teachers to reach out more to the students

My experience at dharamshala college

Likes

The college campus is quite spacious and peacefull.
The campus has lots of trees and plants in the campus
There are many facilities in the college campus

Dislikes

The washrooms at the college is so unclean
There is shortage of drinking water at the campus
The classroom are not well furnished and sometimes over crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted this course taking in concern of my future goals of pursuing in medical field . The curriculum here is providing me a great assistance to pursue with my dreams . The exams are usually annually but have house test at mid semester.

Life at Dharamshala government Degree College

Likes

The college campus is quite spacious and has lots of greenery
All types of facilities is available at the campus
The teachers are quite cooperative with the students

Dislikes

Sanitary conditions are very poor at washroom
Drinking water is not always available at the campus
Canteen has no much variety of food stuff

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a criminal lawyer so I choosed ba . And to make my basics stronger and have more vast knowledge I choosed the combination of history with political science. But the teachers should also focus on the ones with English medium too as majority is of Hindi medium.

BREIF OF MY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Likes

There are some improvement made such as a common room for girls.
Also i like the teaching method of some teachers who take their job more seriously.
The campus is not big but the environment is kind of friendly.

Dislikes

The teacher treat the student how they want and innocent student are becoming victm of this.
I hope the canpus were big or it have several grounds but playing in one ground with no space left for other students is not good.
I dislike the way there is no value of santation and hygiene in canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course im studing is BA and my some teacher are providing their best knowledge to educate their class. Also praticals are been conducted for more realistic experience. I like the way teacher put thier effort for student to let know the things they dont.

Likes

I liked the cafeteria of the college good food healthy food is there with proper hygiene.
Also the campus is big you will also have a wifi in the campus sitting arrangement is there playing area is also there

Dislikes

I disliked the washroom they are not hygienic and no proper sanitation is there

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course has 6 subjects computer fundamentals,c programming, office automation, mathematics, applied english and evs in first semester Evs is compulsory for all in 1st year so you dont have any choice you have to take it.also the teaching is good we have labs and rooms for classes

Classroom are required to improve and the lab also
Social interaction is not soo good to have
Teaching method is good enough and also online classes is good

I like mathematics instead of any other subjects According to me the use of my course in real world is no more because I studied in my bsc is totally theorical as per real world Mathematics must be mathematics but in bsc it was like theory class subject like algebra Timing is good enough

Likes

Good faculty professors are good and helping
College is build at a good place with road and forest area
College has full internet coverage, that helps a lot

Dislikes

Small campus, there is only one building that creates a situation of mob sometimes
College is far from main town so some items are no available here so we have to go far to get it
There are no hostels available that is a problem for lot of students in need

Course Curriculum Overview:

The 1st year cource curiculum is not quite relatable , but rest other is quite helpful, also other then tech we are taught various real world subjects such as disaster management and english sleaking. I think they should switch 1st year subjects with something better.

Likes

I like the location of the college. A good place to study
when I talk about social interaction, everyone is so corporative.
Faculty is like family, understanding and gentle

Dislikes

I didn’t like the infrastructure of our college
Students their are so into addiction and that should be stopped
Their should be some improvement in lab apparatus

Placement Experience:

Companies do come to our college for placements. And students become eligible for campus placement after 7 semester . And after completing their degree they are placed to companies . 40% students get placement every year .

Likes

Good professor and good faculty and good environment
Annual fest that is Utkarsh is very good .
Teacher are well qualified and it is government institute

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not good. Building is very small according to strength of students.
Labs are very few . No good labs are there
Placement are less not all students can get placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is good not bad. I learn many things in this university. you can have a good friend circle in university there are many things for your entrainment and also for your knowledge you can enjoy plus you can study here

State college after all !!!

Likes

Faculty is all doctorates and highly educated from government seats
No issues are created regarding holidays all government holidays are given to you
Main point is it is a government university very healthy atmosphere

Dislikes

Space is quite less. Campus space is less for engineering branch

Placement Experience:

Placements are little weak, honestly, but computer science and IT departments. Get really good placements. Even in campus and off campus are records have gone up to 30,00,00 of campuses are way easier than on campus, but companies do come to this university.
