Yeah it's very good for class room is great and lab is workable we have onam programs and xmas, arts day, sports day, youth festival, freshers day its good there is two clubs nss and nature club and good friends
The attitude of the teachers were very rude but their way of teaching is very nice and we can easily score good marks in the exams.
The college have job placements in channels like asianet, and have some institutes like brilliant, also the channel karikku.we have internships at newschannels and other institutes and may get permanent jobs if they like our work.

Dislikes

Facilities are very bad theory is no very good infrastructure facilities provided
The distance from hostel to department is too large and its so difficult to walk
It's a very poor system that's made to waste the time of students as they cram everything from practicals and theory, leaving no space for real life applications .

Personal Preference on my College

Likes

The Campus Atmosphere is Nice and Clean , Management Really maintans Hygiene
The classrooms are well developed and has Smart board for visual representations for studying
Also Class starts from 8:30 Am and Ends at 1:30 Pm Which is a great thing for students who do part time job

Dislikes

Well The Announcements made by Management usually comes to students ears Lately
There were no coordination among the students in campus
Maintanence of Labs are not upto date and some things won't work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i took my course because i liked physics theories and related things, but i couldn't do better in terms of practicals and theories, teachers were ready to help us in our studies and all apart from the class lecture, if teachers can bring a change in way of teaching to a new level I'm sure there will be a huge change in Students Career

The campus is very good .it is very connected to nture.there is an atmosphere to study
The faculty is very good .they teach efficiently.they try hard to complete the syllabus before examination
There is many programmes.as everyone knows studiesare not enough for a beautiful college life the arts the sports everything is important.so it is very superb college when it comes to programmes

The management allows politics inside the campus.so that there are many drawbacks as well as merits due to this.
There is no dresscode in college.wearing our casual dresses daily to the college is disappointing.Uniform is an essential

Union Christian College and it's beauty

Likes

The campus is very good, too much of tress and plants. Very eco friendly college.
Sports like cricket,hockey etc are very active in our college.
The programs conducted are very classy and all students who like to participate are welcome

Dislikes

The department of commerce is more strict unlike other departments
Teachers are not very friendly, no free time is given.
Compared to last year the total number of programs are declining

I love to manage accounts that's why I choose commerce.FYUGP course provid more opportunities to know the real world. Practicum hours are given so it is easy and relevant to understand the topics. It's a difficult job to attend university exams as there is no previous year question papers.

well maintained classrooms and we have all facilities like lab,theatre everything
teachers are very friendly to students and we can interact with them like a friend

Dislikes

there is no good ratio of girls while comparing with boys , girls are very less numbers
some of the teachers are not taking class properly
they will put a sudden exm when even the chapter is not taken well

Placement Experience:

i heard that most of the famous companies have visited this college bofore and gave jobs to manny of the students and all of them have high salary jobs also . there no point in getting high peercentage what matters in here is skills , if you have skills you will definitely get placement

The dazzling 'morning star'

Firstly it is an women college that aims to equip the students self dependent, self reliant and self esteemed. They provide so many opportunities gor empowerment of student such as classes , sessions , activities etc.t
Equal to the academics there are so many opportunities in extra curricular activities such as arts , sports etc. I am very proud to say that my college held in top 10 of the position in sports among all colleges
The clean and well maintained facilities like canteen, library, wash room etc are the another plus point of this college

Dislikes

Some of the students mention that the college is comparatively very smaller
There is a need of improvement in the bathroom facilities

Mostly campus placements are provided to third year students because they seek employment opportunities more than others . From my college some of the students are got selected by the companies as trainees or freshers . But only few of the students are got selected by the companies because of fear and lack of communication skills

A better option

Likes

The campus is clearly ecofriendly as well as green campus.
They encourage all the students to participate in the every activities
Give more importance to sports activities

Dislikes

College authorities are really strict in some aspects
They treat students as a small kid thats why they restrict many things.
Student ratio is really small and they dont provide any placements

Msc.Chemistry is relavent in the current world.In every sector there required a chemistry graduate for many job.Some subjects are really tough to clear.But those who hardwork can easilly pass.In my aspects we required some more practical knowledge than theory for the better future.

The simple life

Likes

Good environment, eco friendly, supporting facilities
Library was awesome, they providing lot of sports facilities like gym, cout, etc
Good infrastructure, the library was excellent it contains many books, E- library etc

Dislikes

In The self financing block, the toilets and washroom facilities are not available
The meals are not provided by the canteen
The college situated in a accident prone area in a national highway

Course Curriculum Overview:

In terms of relevance, if a student who completes this course didn't get any opportunities while applying any jobs related field. Due to lacking of laboratory skills. Because this curriculum focussed on theory mainly and doesn't than any real world applications for their students carrier growth. The duration and marks of the exams are not reliable. In degree, they are providing 3hours for 80 marks examination and in postgraduate, they are providing also 3hours for 150 mark examination. It's very much difficult
