- The campus infrastructure is extremely developed. Regular efforts are made to maintain greenery and scenic beauty.
- Senior - junior relationships in KIIT are not at all toxic and seniors are very much cooperative.
- Most faculty in KIIT are IIT, IIM graduates and they take personal care of students.
Dislikes
- The in-time of girl's hostel is significantly less compared to guy's hostel.
- The mess food is very oily and bland. Breakfast served is fine but dinner is mostly inedible.
- In some cases, local professors prefer local students and tend to slightly overmark them.
Placement Experience:
KIIT has an average placement of 7 lpa with 63 lpa as the highest placement. Students become eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester when they have to complete their first project. Internships also start from 3rd year or 4th year (mostly 4th). Students who do not bag a placement on campus can obviously apply off campus where referrals work wonders. A lot of renowned companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, and High Radius. Google has banned KIIT from their placement visit list. TCS makes the maximum number of offers, mostly of 10 lakhs pa. Almost 60-70% of students get placed, and the rest choose to do higher studies.

- Faculty members in KIIT are extremely invested in the student's overall well being and take care to mentor them individually.
- The senior junior relationship in KIIT is very healthy and the seniors are extremely helpful.
- The infrastructure is extremely well built and advanced.
Dislikes
- The in-time of girl's vs hostel is considerably less than boy's hostel.
- The campus size is extremely huge and it is very hectic to travel from one campus to another for classes.
- There are no stationary stores available in campus, all convenience stores are located outside campus despite the campus size being so huge.
Placement Experience:
The placement condition of KIIT is average. Mostly students from ECSE and CSE get maximum placement. Median placement is 10 lakhs p.a. with highest placement of 63lakhs bagged by a CSE student.
All students become eligible for placement from the start of 7th semester.
Maximum offers are given by High Radius and TCS with average of 6-7Lakhs p.a.
The overall batch size in KIIT is extremely huge (6000 students in CSE alone) so mostly students bag 10-12LPA packages. However, due to the batch size a lot of students are asked to not appear for 2nd or 3rd round of interview since a lot of students remain unplaced.
Around 75% students were placed in the batch of 2024.

- The faculties are the top of the line with more than 10 years of experience and each faculty is truly understanding
- The infrastructure is of top class as there is plenty of class rooms labs as well as libraries, a
- The campus life is too much engaging as there are many things to do at the campus .
Dislikes
- The main thing i disliked about the college is the curriculum that is kind of out dated
- Another point i disliked about the university is you have to walklong distance from your hostels to class
- Although there is bus service in the campus but its kind of disoriented.
Placement Experience:
From the 5th semester students are eligible for placements and the placement is pretty good as many companies hire freshers from the university and yes for placemets you need to have good skill set as well.The average packagecis 3.5 lakhs and the highest till date is 60 lakhs ctc.many comanies like delloite ,accenture,pando ai ,hrc,bane and company ,microsoft ,tcs etc visit for the recruitment process.ther is a 100 percent place ment rate .

- too many people, too much class strength
- locals are favoured over students who come from other states
- placements are not up to the mark and people opt for out campus placement
Placement Experience:
the placements are average not very good, some students secure very high packages but those are mostly off campus, only 60% of the students get placed and even most of those are very low packages which are not up to the mark

- Their are various societies which make live here fun and exciting
- Students from all over the world comes here so a platform to interact new cultures
- The teachers are very interactive which makes the academics very interesting
Dislikes
- The mess is obviously the most disliked thing here
- The local students get preference as they speak in native language
- A lot of physical assaults happens around the campus among the goons which is very disturbing to see
Placement Experience:
The student can sit for interships from 3rd years and by the mid of 4th year companies come for on campus placement and to be honest kiit has a better annual package than maximum private college in India . The big four companies, Wipro , TCS , HDL, Amazon , etc are the prime companies coming here and recruiting almost 75% students here . The rest 25% either goes for out campus placements and fee for MBA

- The Labs are well upto dated, enough materials and advanced instruments are available
- The campus infrastructure is okay but can improved further
- Faculties as a person and behavior are polite and provide good mentorships
Dislikes
- The environment is not healthy for a student.
- The student to student bond and interaction are toxic
- Faculties are highly qualified and talented but most of them lack teaching ability
Placement Experience:
Staring from the 5th year or the ending of 4th year a well deserved students gets it's placement. The companies including Ziffo, Enzene, Nestle, Himalaya and many more has come for placement. They provide 3LPA-6LPA or can increase more in near future. Even though kiit claims 100% placement but less than 50% gets the actual placement depending on the companies vacancies. My plans includes sitting for placement and working to again knowledge.

Package is 19 or 9 lpa . My plans is also same way to get placed .

- The university had one of the best infrastcutre in the whole nation India in comepeting with the other educational instutions

- Like i would wanted that all its 23 campuses of studies should be at on place which cant possible due to its large area but i would love that if was like a fortified university like bounded from all sides.
- The one and all which you cannot predict about any of the hostels in the world that is mess food
Placement Experience:
The placements at our college can be said it's a decent one.
From mostly 3rd year onwards which is the 5th semester students become eligible for campus internships and for the campus placements it's the 4th year which is the 7th semester.
In the last batch which was passed out more than seven hundred companies visited the campuses for recruitment and made more than five thousand six hundred offers and the highest package which we received last year was 53 lakhs.
the most no offers were made by the companies named highradius followed by Deloitte. the average package stands for the last graduating batch was around rs 8 lakhs roughly.
the percentage of students getting placed was around 85 percent and many even get paid and non-paid internships.
my plan after getting my degree is to be a ready fit for the industry and want to work with any startups so that I can use my skills my way and can upskill them to then go to any big companies or start my own business.

- The fee structure of this university is extremely high for a middle class family

Generally from 6th semester onwards or 3rd year onwards a student become eligible for campus placement
Many famous companies like Wipro, Infosys Amazon, TCS , IBM , ultratech etc visit this institute
As per 2023 data the highest package offer in this institute is 63 lakh per annum and average package is nearly 6.5 lakh per annum the placement rate of this institute is 90% and the student participated at 2800
After the BTech degree I am thinking of doing either Mtech or MBA

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
