Course Curriculum Overview:
The college mainly teaches the subjects in the course as per our modern standards. They can make it better by making it more interactive in classes. It is helpful to say the least. Also they really do help for getting internships.

- The campus is very beautiful and charming because smoking drinking and ragging is prohibited. Nature friendly campus and eco-friendly hostel area with full of greeneries. Garden libraries and here for every campus and 24 hours library access.
- If I talk about academics, then I must have to say that professors are so helpful and they have too much knowledge and they are well trained also. Mostly ex-IITians are here in the faculties. We can publish papers, do projects under their guidance.
- There are some societies in KIIT for students, have some Tech societies and some non-tech/ cultural societies also. Gym, Swimming pool, and some games like basket ball, cricket, football are easily accessible. (gym and swimming are paid).
Dislikes
- Taste of foods in hostels are not good overall! Obviously it's full of nutrition but the taste is not good, needed improvement.
- fees are so high, I don't think it's relevant and worthy!
- Placement scenario is quite tough because the number of students are too much in a single branch (CSE) so as per past year records I can say the placement percentage is not good comapare to 2019.

Placement Experience:
Every year almost 80 to 85% students get placed through on-campus. Others do highers studies or get placed through off-campus that's why this college claims 100% placement. From 3rd year students become eligible for the campus placement (internship). Last year VOLVO and microsoft came but didn't give any offers. Highest package offered till now is 64 lakhs and average is 7 lakh approx. 80% get placed till the end.

- I really like the campus overall. The wall paintings and greenery all around the campus is really captivating.
- The girls and boys ratio in our college is quite equal.
Dislikes
- I really hate that they change sections every semester and so every semester it's like new class, new beginning.
Placement Experience:
The college placement is about 5 lakhs to 6 lakhs per annum. It does not gurantee job but try so that every student does well during their placements. The campus placement is quite average and the highest package was 63 lakhs per annum.

- A little outdated curriculum in certain subjects
- Long walk to the campuses for attending the classes
- High student intake leads to crowded environment
Placement Experience:
The placements in our college are above average almost everybody who are skillful gets placed. The students are eligible for jobs from the 7th and 8th semester but the students from 3rd semester and apply for internships and do that if they get it its well and good otherwise get also provide internship for them

Dislikes
- As said that the campus is very big , so it takes alot of time to get form one place to another.
- Class timings can be considered as a bad thing for afternoon batch.
- The invitation in-take of students is very high in particular branch.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is good but can be improved by removing unwanted subjects and adding a few more useful subjects. The overall course is good and made so students can understand easily and help them grow.

- The infrastructure of my college is wonderful , we have a very huge campus so I like to keep exploring them . Also the greenery which surrounds my campus is one of the most fascinating things.
- The girl to boy ration is 1:3 which is the story of every engineering college , but I appreciate this fact if you have a good friend circle then it feels liek you have the main character energy among the whole group of boys .
- My college conducts many events and has various societies , there is always something or the other going on which is good and keeps me engaged and consistent in the journey of learning .
Dislikes
- Despite it conducts many events we get to know about very few of them before time , it has happened many a times that I got to know about the events after it has happened .
- The teaching system of the first year where all teh subjects are known to you but scoring is hard because it depends on the teachers mood .
- Teachers dont actually tell us about the fact of building skills they just simoly come teach and go , very few of them are actually teaching us so that we acquire knowledge and dont become robots
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course considering the future trends in which IT sector is going to bloom . Believe me the college ki padhai not at all prepare you for real life challenges , its only you who could do all teh things to improvise your skills and work on yourself . The entire education policy for the college should be renewed because there are many unnecessary subjects , those can be kept optional for us . The frequency of examination is good .

- The greenary around the campus is very. There are many oats around the campus and its pretty
- There are many societies and events to take part in ranging from dance to even race cars.
- Overall it is a fun place to be to have a good college life.
Dislikes
- The faculty kinda sucks. Most of the professors don't know how to teach. Have to study through YouTube.
- Security system is really poor and hence there are too many restrictions set on students and it is difficult to have any life other than attending classes.
- Mess food is trash. Facilities are not adequate.
Placement Experience:
The placements have been average for the 2025 batch currently. It was worse for 2024 batch.
The avg package was probably 6 lakh and 90% pf the studenrs have been placed till now. Highest package was 54 lakhs. Maine sde profiles were offered to ug batch.

- The college is very green and good to look at. There are many OATs that makes the college vibrant.
- Th society culture is very interesting and inclusive. A lot of events do happen every now and then
- Overall it's fun to stay and roam with friends and explore the place and have good college life.
Dislikes
- Too much crowd. They have taken in too many students recently and that has just made the college all the more crowdy and difficult to hang out in.
- The staff and teachers are not very good. The staff is rude sometimes and is biased if you are not odia or local. Teachers just don't know how to teach.
- A lot of restrictions on girls. The curfew and restrictions are too annoying till one point.
Placement Experience:
Right now we are going through the placements. I think it's going decent. I am already placed right now but a lot of students are still waiting.
Companies do come here but the problem is there are too many students and that makes everything seem too difficult.
In 2024 avg package was around 6 and around 90% of students got placed. 2025 placements are still going on.
I want to do a job for some years after the degree.

- hostel inn time restrictions being 7pm in some hostels
- Mess food is okay but not that good they could put more effort into it
Placement Experience:
Placement at KIIT. is decent with this year CSE avg being around 10-12LPA which is quite alright but same can't be said about other branches except Civil engineering branch as they also had a decent placement, if you are good enough you could get placed in a decent company with a decent package to start with

Many know and reputed companies visits our campus such as ADITYA BIRLA, ICONIC, MYNTRA, MANGO..etc
Minimum 90% got good package ..the minimum they 500000/yr

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
