Placement Experience:
You are eligible for placement from the 5th semester and there are many companies that visit such as tcs, wipro, infosys, EY, etc. highest package is around 50 lakhs(I'm not sure but according to the report) average package is 5-6lpa, my plan is to do MBA after my degree but before that I'll be working for 2 years for experience

- Kiit University also has a central library which constitutes of numerous books that may help you increase your knowledge.
- Social life at KIIT University is one of the best you can find anywhere. Also the street food here is superb..
Dislikes
- The weather of bhubaneswar is a bit troublesome. You may have to face some medical issues at the beginning.
Placement Experience:
Once a person reaches 7th semester he/she gets eligibile for placements.
More than 600 companies visit our campus for recruitment. To name the top ones we have Bosch, Capgemini, YugaByte, Tcs, Wipro and many others.
Many students receive more than one offer letter. Around 10000 offers are made.
The Highest package for 2023-2024 was 63 lpa and average came to be 8.4 lpa. The job roles were from software engineer to analyst and many more.

- The campus is green and lavish with lots of area for a student to relax after completing classes
- It has very good sports facilities available with proper hockey football cricket grounds wooden batminton courts which increases the premiumness of the college
- The faculty available there are very friendly and helpful they are always ready to help you even after the class hour
Dislikes
- The hostel in time is something students hate
- There is huge amount of crowd which makes its difficult for faculty to help every individual
- Since the campus is big students needs to go from one campus to another to attend classes which is quite tiring
Placement Experience:
Placement is good with high placement percentage and good avg package of 8.8 lpa and highest of 64 lpa recorded as of last year 300+ companies visit KIIT including Google Amazon Deloitte and many more

- Relatively new college with good infrastructure and the management is adding on new facilities every year. Faculty is good but then again its one’s own hardwork that will take you further. Hospital attached to the college has decent patient inflow.
- The campus is ginormous and caters to a holistic learning environment. Kiit is a brand that is renowned all over India and for good reasons too.
- PBMH attached to the college has good inflow and there are no shortage of cases.The senior faculties are quite renowned and take teaching seriously.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Medicine is a ever evolving curriculum with new stuff being found every year. Most of the faculties have attained foreign fellowships and are up to date with any recent advances. This is reflected on their methodology of teaching and the content of the course. Clinical aspects of every subject are immensly focused upon and its relevance in a hospital setting is discussed extensively.

- First thing that I liked about my college is the infrastructure. The buildings are so beautifully made according to the course provided in that. There are 16 campuses in total. And above all the campuses are very clean and there's greenery everywhere
- All the facilities in my branch are quite experienced in the field. They always guide us both in our classroom activities and in home assignments. They're very helpful too.
- The campus have a friendly atmosphere. The faculty, staffs and everyone else are very helpful. There are food courts too in each campus that provide clean and hygienic food to us.
Placement Experience:
Placements are provided on campus. Many companies come to the campus at the end of 4th year and then the placement drive starts.
Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th semester. They also opt for internships.
The highest package offer is 62 lakhs lpa and the average package is 6 lakhs lpa. Some students are also offered multiple offers from which they get to choose.
99% of students get placed at the end of 4th year. Many opt for internships too.
My plan after this degree is to get a placement in our on campus placement drive.

- The KIIT Campus is spread over a huge area which makes it the biggest college campus in the state.
- KIIT fest is celebrated annually with great pomp and splendor. Societies and clubs are also very active.
- The faculty members are friendly. The course curriculum is relevant to the current IT industry norms.
Dislikes
- The high course fees is a little concerning.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements after 6th Semester. Companies like Microsoft, IBM, Deloitte, Adobe, Infosys, TCS ,etc visit and provide good placement opportunities.The average package is 6.2 lpa and the highest package is 62 lpa.The college claims to give a 100% placement guarantee. And after I get this degree I would like to be placed in a good company with a great package.

- Campus life is very good. People are friendly and helping.
- College infrastructure is very good and is improving day by day. Immediate repair is done when needed.
- Good vibes from colleague and teachers. No ragging at all.
Dislikes
- The camus is not vehicle free and sometimes this causes a lot of traffic.
Placement Experience:
Students are being offered placements by the end of 6th semester. Almost all students get placed if they maintain a cgpa above 7.5 and donot have any back. Average package is of 7-8 lpa ctc. The maximum pachage offered last year was of 52lpa ctc by a company named YugaByte.

- Academic pressure is alot and which unbalance the schedule.
- General people are biased towards odia people more.
- Syllabus is vast like 1year syllabus is completed in 3-4months
Course Curriculum Overview:
The area for improvement in curriculum is that the syllabus should be reconstructed or they can shorten the syllabus which will be very helpful to the faculty as well as the students because at the end the students have to study everything.

- The best thing about KIIT is the huge lush green campus the college life and faculties . The infrastucture is remarkable with modern classrooms , well equipped labs and library . KIIT also has good global recognition along with the placement
- oppurtunities kiit offer. Odisha is the sports hub of the country and KIIT definetly provide best sports facility all over india
Dislikes
- the temperature in bbsr is too high during april to july but the weather from october to feburary is cosy and many times you may find the workload to be diffiult to manage
Placement Experience:
for placement students of 4th year adn fro internship students of third year are eligible ususally average package is 6 lakhs and highest goes upto 63lakhs companies like JP Morgan Providence Corridor Platfroms HIgh Radius visist for internship

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
