The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

CU college life

Likes

I liked the hostel and mess food is also ok. Place is good
There are good people good wardens and good bathrooms
Good transportation and well maintained area

Dislikes

Difficult to get pass and very strict checking

Placement Experience:

Placement is 70 percent. There are many companies coming so yes we can get Placement for sure but you have to work hard yourself to get it your skills should be good enough to get it otherwise you won't get it

One of the things that i like the most is faculty and their way to teaching
This college provide you better exposures to thing other than curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

As i am pursuing B.Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering, i must say this branch is such a fun for reaction lovers , who are eager to know how this happens and how will we get to our desirable product in a economical way without compromising with the quality of product. My decision to chose this branch is my interest in reactions and their mechanisms.

About chandigarh university

Likes

There are vast and numerous number of students from different states and even international students.
The campus infrastructer is good and greenery is prioritized
Some faculty members are actually so encouraging and helps a lot in academics and even personal issues.

Dislikes

I’m in 3rd semester right now and i don’t think the course is not as much as attractive like its name.
Few faculty teachers in 3rd semester are not much serious in making you learn things.
If you get any type of problem regarding you i-card or cuims etc. you have to solve it on your own by travelling in the campus and pin pointing your issue in DSW office.

Placement Experience:

Our college do provide placements but in the growning population and competition its already very hard to get a secured and well salaried job in any course. Obviously bachelors degree don't provide you a good job so my plans after this course is persuing a MBA degree. Highest package from our college is 28 lakh per annum in disney land hongkong.

Placement are good , faculty are awesome campus provides good environment to students ans everything. 80% got placement here with high package Avg package is 5 lacks and highest 100000 At last semester they are eligible for campus placement

An honest review of chandigarh university

I appreciate the IEEE branch at my college, which promotes innovation and provides students with a platform to collaborate on cutting-edge projects, network with professionals, and enhance their technical and leadership skills.
I really like our campus. It is quite big in size and there are a lot of cafes where one could chill out with friends. Most of my good memories of my college life are from the campus.
Chandigarh University is quite lenient and helpful with fees. They have a lot of options for fee paying. The scholarship program is really appreciated as one gets scholarship on merit.

Dislikes

The main reason which I joined chandigarh university was because it offered good placements. But this was all a big lie. I am in my final year now and no one is getting placed.
Since you only need to score 30 marks in CUCET, there are a lot of students here. In my batch alone there are 7000 students
The administration staff is very rude and there is a very bad chain of command. If I want to get something signed then I have to go from one block to the other and as I mentioned the campus is very big so they make harass us everytime and make us run

Placement Experience:

Another main reason which I joined chandigarh university was placements. We all were promised good placements but this was another harsh truth which I got to know in my second year. No one gets placement easily. Girls are preferred more for placements. We become eligible for placements after 5th semester. Most companies which come here offer 3-4 lacs like tcs, Accenture etc. The highest package is which I have seen is 12 lacs but they do adverise that their students get package worth of crores which I hardly believe. When I joined, I was told that there is an 85% of students getting placed but in the last batch alone, thousands of students were unplaced. I am searching for jobs off campus as I have no hope of getting a placement on campus. If I do not get any off campus offer then I will pursue my master's and definitely from a different university.

Chandigarh University - The Dreamer's Land

All the staff is totally dedicated towards the student all the time even after the office hours.
Course material and availability of that material is so easy and affordable.
Apart from teaching even the non teaching facilities are also good.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike like environment and everything is good but sometimes schedule can get hectic especially when you are doing research too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is so refined and raw at same time it allows you to understand every concept along with giving you freedom to explore more which was one of the most beautiful or most intriguing factor for me.

Teacher are good in college and all the facilities is available.campus lifeis very very nice and opportunities is available in large numbers. And also NCCis available in college. Culture festival is done by the college
The infrastructure is great and the campus is always clean. There are above 5 library in campus. And in hostel there is a reading room for hostelers to study in night.
The placements is good and as I know above 80 percent students placed by the college. And the social interaction is very good there are many club to join like IEEE ect there are many more and fest is also done.

Dislikes

The management of this college in account department and dcpd department is bad and the rule of the college wear I'd cards all the time
The particle copy for the assignment is very bad only waste of time in Frist year minimum 8 practical copy is writtenit is very bad and waste of time in college time
There is one or two lift in academic block and the library is open till 10PM only it is very bad rule in this college.

Placement Experience:

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

My life of Chandigarh University

Likes

I liked that it have diverse cultures and it should be appreciated because of its infrastructure and building
The faculty are best and well educated campus is quite well
Variety of language you can learn food variety is best!

Dislikes

I dislikes that they don't understand problem of students quite well
If you have to done your work you have to roam from 1 block to another multiple time
One more thing can be like they charge only money no quite well educated

Placement Experience:

The placement record of cu are very best Like even I am in e year I have seated in various placement drive occurred in cu Student become eligible for campus placement by 3 year itself Companies like Amazon Flipkart delloite Infosys visited and made very big offers Highest package of on campus in 54 lpa And average is 6 lpa . Percentage of student place is 60%

All about the College (CU)

Likes

Good faculty who always support the students.
Beautiful campus and class roof and environment.
All classes have A.C. and good library

Dislikes

They give lots of assignments homework.
Every months they conduct exam in which we get less time for preparation
They have the attendance criteria of 75% which i don't like.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good but this year no of placement is less as compare to the last year. In B.E. From 6 semster student were eligible for placement and all this big MNC visit the campus for placement like Infosys, Microsoft,etc.this 9000+ offer were there. Near about 70% student get placement. My plans after the degree I want to became the data analytics after the completion of course.

All about CU

Likes

I liked the CU's main campus.It is marvellous and and very astonishing,fully furnished with inbuilt AC. Also it has its own sport complex although it is under construction but the work is under progress.
I also liked hostels in CU.The mess food is very good and hygienic. The hostel contain rooms with AC and non-AC. U can choose which to take.It has also lifts which is available 24/7.
I liked the college for its extra curricular activities and many events. Students can also opt for research in respective subject.

Dislikes

The faculty in CU is not much talented and appreciative as compared to the infrastructure .They lack the explaining ability and the subjects core knowledge .

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in CU. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd year onwards Many companies such as TCS,Google, Microsoft and 9000+ offers were made during placement times.The highest package in CU was 24 lakh CTC and avg package is around 7 lakh.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
