- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- I like the infrastructure and staff and the fest that happen every year.
- If we talk about food you need to visit Square 1 and Square 2 , I like the food so much . n every year.
- Next thing is that if you are a book lover you need to visit the library , I really like the environment.

- I dislike the transportation department because the don't give students bus pass for government buses.
- In Chitkara there is no fixed schedule and sometimes they even call on Saturday with a one day notice .
- Food is good but is expensive , my personal review is that the prices should be reduced .
Placement Experience:
they are ok , according to them the placements are good but i am still not placed so i will not say more on the topic but as i have talked to my seniors they say you need good CGPA and some soft skills to get placed or to crack an good internship , the average package is Rs.6,00,000/- and my plans is to have a good job within 4th year.

Well as far as i have listened placements are ok as I have talk to my seniors they say you need to have good CGPA in every semester and have some skills that make you unique, and if you can conquer both these parts your chances if getting places increases very much , average package is Rs.4,00,000/- to Rs.6,00,000/- .

- Lovely atmosphere, friendly people, nice campus
- Great faculty with one to one attention, so many events for enhancement of your skills
- Transport facilities are good nice campus and easy to reach every one

- Little over crowded and lot of unwanted things to be done
- Timings and strictness for the things alot
- Time consuming for reaching there so that's it

From the 7 semester most probably students gets started placing. There are lot of great companies comes and visits the campus for placements like tech Mahindra,Amazon and TCS and lot of more mncs come

- The campus is not so big it contain only basic amenities

Placement Experience:
As of now I don't know much about the placement scene but according to the seniors it's decent as this year's batch as I have listened that out of two thousand students twelve hundred have been placed.

Placement Experience:
Placements begin in the 6th semester. Companies like Amazon , Infosys , and Deloitte visit, offering roles in Software and AI. The highest package is Rs. 40 LPA , average is rs. 6-7 LPA with 90% placement rate. After my degree, I plan to pursue a role in AI development.

- Sometimes content is too short and unclear
- Fees is too high to be affordable by any person who's from low background
- Strictness regarding fees submission and deadline.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My curriculum is relevant to my studies and it also influence my decisions. Our practical study gives us real life instance to take decisions effectively. Areas of improvement includes some mentors who only focus on theory based study.

- There is a very very huge variety of food shops and u can find literally anything to eat inside the campus and its not soo expensive
Dislikes
- There are uniforms in college and if u don’t wear one there is a fine pf Rs 50 and after taking fine they also don’t give attendance in class.
- U cannot leave the campus before 3:30pm and college gets over at 4 pm and if u want to leave the campus u have to talk to mentor write an application get it signed by mentor with a stamp at dean offices and the mentor also talk to your parents
- The campus is very much crouded as compared to size of the college
Placement Experience:
After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university. The average pakage is 5-6 lakh per annum and the highest package is around 1cr LPA . The campus usually tells us to keep the CGPA more than 7, I will go to foreign country after my degree

- A lot of clubs in college to join thus social life is really good here and you can find your peer group easily
- Classrooms and labs are really nice and there are various centres for other things like IOS centre for ios development
- Almost all students get placed and some good companies come for internships
Dislikes
- For cse students who live in hostel , classes are in the evening
- College is 45 min away from Chandigarh cause I didn’t expect it to be that far

Placement is good. Almost all students who want to sit in placements get internships. Companies start coming at the start of 6th semester and even for 4th year. Average package is around 6-7 LPA but some others get really high packages too

- We have a good interaction session with our teacher
- We have many cultural progarmes in out colledge
- Ratio of boys and girl are almost same same which is a good thing and hence prove gender equality also
Dislikes
- We nedd to apply gate passes for every small thing
- Unifrom is also a not good point for us specially in hotel managment
- Outsiders should be allowed in cultural programs

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
