- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- I actually disliked the Timings and the schedule of the university and classes
- For gyming we have to pay fees to the university which i think should not done here while we’re giving them so much money and fees

Placements given by my college are best.They have good links with Good companies.Many of students got so much good packages by our university.Many of the students working nowadays in Multi national companies by studying from here and getting Placements from here.

- Faculty is really good and supportive. All the teacher and other staff are always there to help. Mentors are there for each group to be raised queries related to anything.
- Campus is really good. Be it the square one, apha zone or beta zone, everything is spacious and well organized.
- Placements opportunity is good in Chitkara University. A large chunk of companies ranging from mass hirers to great package numbers appear in the college for campus placement.
Dislikes
- Fee is a little unaffordable. Everything even the uniform and other basic things you have to pay extra to be at this college.
- Due to large crowd, sometime it is difficult for a person to reach out for any help.
- Too much examinations and attendance are other two things which could be better.

After 5th Semester, students are eligible for placement.
More than 100 companies visits like Amazon and Razor Pay.
Avergae package is 7-8 LPA.
Highta package varies from 40 LPA to 1 CR PA.
More than 80% of the students gets placed in the campus placement provided by the college.
Plans after degree is to continue working in the companies I got placed in.

- people here are not so friendly which you may face difficulty with.
- The university feels so chaotic and full of people.
- The initial days are very difficult to survive if you are an introvert.
Placement Experience:
The college gives good placement opportunities to the students. companies like Infosys, Tech Mahidra, cipla and many more come here and gives excelent offers. The average package is around 5-6 lakhs and some of the students also get 30+. But in order to provide placements to maximum students , college also gives packages like 2-3 lakhs.

- They focus on academics really well and nice
- They conduct seminars and organize many events
Dislikes
- The things that i dislike is I don't like they restrict students going out
- We need a gate pass to go out of the campus
- Feel as if i am some 5 year old school student
Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to persue computer science that's why i did this curiculam is quite nice and prepares me for real world I don't have anything to be improved exams are conducted frequently here according to the subjects

- The learning environment faculty and fellows are great
- One to one learning is emphasised ( learning pattern is not complex)
- Uniform shows equality ( everyone has to follow a dress code)
Dislikes
- Less free time ( this is not what I dislike but some free time to be given
Placement Experience:
In my course MBA (HR) it is a practical course so by end of first semester we get to sit for plcements that are not internships they are PPO's and wipro just visited in september by chance and 14 students got placements luckily I was one of them
Almost every student gets placed (exceptions are always there )

- The infrastructure of the campus is amazing. Girls to boys ratio is approximately 50:60 respectively.
- Library is designed very well to do your studies peacefully in your free time, faculty is also supportive.
- University's sports auditorium is very large and has 4 badminton courts. It has 3 big grounds called alpha beta and omega zones for playing various games.
Dislikes
- The workload in certain subjects can be overwhelming, leading to stress and burnouts.
- In college students think they will wear good clothes and will remain stylish but here you will have to wear uniform all day.
- Social interaction with the students is quiet less here
Placement Experience:
From the 6th semester students are eligible to campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Infosys and many more companies vists and maximum offer goes upto 50lpa and avergae is near about 3lpa to 6lpa. 80-85% students gets placed

- I do not dislike anything about the university.
Placement Experience:
In 3rd semester students are eligible for placements.
They have record of 95% placement on campus with a average package of Rs 8 lakhs per annum which is great at fresher level and too is 100% in one year after completing the degree

- Overall infrastructure lecture halls, and all the provided sports facilities
- There are some great places to hang out with friends
- There are a lots of clubs u can join to learn something new getting new experiences
Dislikes
- The pace of the courses is just too fast like yesterday u were introduced to a language or concept and the next day u have an exam
- I don't know about other sections but in my section I'm a third year and we have only been coached by trainers from coding blocks or coding ninjas like we have never seen an actual professor teaching us
- They don't give some of the main holidays like on raksha bandhan there is no holiday
Placement Experience:
I think around 2nd year most of the students have mastered a language and they are ready to go and get some experience as an intern in those companies, it's claimed around 90% + students are placed and it's overall good there

- I really love the environment of chitkara University. You feel connected with the beautiful flowers and gardens. As per the academics faculty is supportive and they try to bring the best out of you and make you feel more confident.
- I really like the way of teaching like presentations, giving day to day life examples and connecting it with our subject make it more easy and fun to learn.
- More curriculum activities to know your self out of your field too. Personally, it gave me better opportunities for me and Bringing the best out of me that I could never dreamt of.
Dislikes
- As we all know attendance sucks in university as it is criteria but is should be decreased like minimum 65 percent. So that every second person could manage with it.
- I personally don't like hostel in the university. The food complaints I always listen from my hostels friends. It's not good as students are paying enough big amount toh get good quality of the meals.
Course Curriculum Overview:
We have really the best faculty as per my knowledge. They come up with the best ideas to make us learn and keep us motivating for our career. They have a positive spark which they spread all over when it comes to the course. Yes sometimes they are strict and make you realise that you can't do anything but at the end it's for our betterment we have improved a lot by listening those scoldings . So yes it's being good to acknowledge your self here.
Morning exam schedule ( sessional test) is : 9.30 - 10:30 and for Evening time : 2.00 to 3.00
end term we have
Morning 9.30 to 12.30

- I like to going to College daily. I like to attend classes and meet friends in classroom.
- I love he food of Square One in Chitkara University. There are various stalls and food plazas like Dominos,Lapinoz, Subway,Chai Ngari . All food items are good and delicious.
- I like the college campus. I like the cleanliess in campus. I like the professors in our university
Dislikes
- I dislike the attendance system in our UIniversity.
- I dislike the 75 percent attendance criteria of our universirty
- I dislike the rule that If you don't complete the 75 percent attendance , you will not take end term exams of semester

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
