- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

from 6 semester students are eligible for campus placements ,companies like oyo, igate, honda, utrade , amazon, oracle and some more visit to our university highest package got this year is 19 lacs in CSE and average package is 5-6 lacs

- College campus and college life at Chitkara University is very good. Infrastructure ans classrooms and hostels are also good . People and faculty members here are very supportive and help in every way they can.
Dislikes
- Sometimes for any forms or work query we have to move here and there and that makes it feel that it should be organised more.
Placement Experience:
Placement and internships both are provided by college and the best part is some college provides internsips in last semester only but Chitkara provides internships in semi final year and final year both which gives student a lot of chances to showcase themselves.

- Environment of college is very good for students.
- In campus GYM available and other sports activities also
- Seniors are very good for interaction and friends also
Dislikes
- Food quality is very bad. We are adjusting for food
- Teachers are average they don’t do interaction with students.
- In cafeteria area food are expensive too much.
Course Curriculum Overview:
User experience course is very good. This course have high scope in abroad. You can start freelancing with this course.course is difficult but if you do with full mindset you can do anything. But others collages are good for this course

- One visiting faculty that taught us basic pattern drafting this was the only visiting faculty I liked
- Working in library was good.but if there could be more books on fashion in library it would have been better
- The infrastructure was cool and and it was working in the studios
Dislikes
- The visiting faculty was most of the time not up to the mark as they only read from the presentation they made and the class was never interactive
- The new Dean she is a huge show off. She was never helpful
- Course was really basic the level could be increased a bit

From my personal experience I believe the course was really basic like not even the first step
More complex apparel could have been taught
How to identify the fabric should be taught one on one not via zoom meeting
Professors prepareed ppts and in class only read that it was monotonous not even a word extra from pptthen they expect great results in are assignments

Yeah the courses are relevant but the timings lf courses keep changing every year its not stable.
Every clurse whixh comes in syllabus is important but some are very important for placement. Some are for buildijg logics

- I dont like the strictness of some things like going out of college
- Restrictions in the hostel sometimes of not going to other rooms in night
Course Curriculum Overview:
I rate the course 5/5 because they provide good education the only thing that can be changed is the 75% attendance criteria due to which if it is not to the point we cant give exams the level of exams is pretty good

- The infrastrure is very good as compared to other college the average class rooms are clean and well equipped with all the facilities the labs are also equipped with modern technology.also the food outlets in the campus are good
- The opportunity to join various societies and clubs in the college
- The infrasture for sports like swimming pools ,badminton courts and football ground etc.
Dislikes
- The college doesnot provide you much holidays some of the holidays given in other colleges are not given to us
- The number of students they intake each year has been increasing each year
- The classes are long and also they follow strict attendence criteria no expemtion is given or may be given in few scenarios if attendence is short you won't be allowed to sit in finals
Placement Experience:
The college offers on campus placements in the 6 th semester of your engineering the companies starts visiting the campus and the selection is purely based upon the skies you have the last time I heard of the package it was 7 8 lpa

- Environment among the faculties and staff
- Food available in canteen from different outlets
- Weather in time of rain and winter is quite soothing
Dislikes
- Over pricing of normal stuffs like a printings and colours
- Bad students interaction with guests from outside
- No tolerance level among the students at all

Course Curriculum Overview:
The duration of our course bachelors in mass communication and journalism is quite short. It is a span of three years, but the course is getting much faster along with our exams as two MST fall every semester and one ETT at the end of every semester

Placements at our college are excellent, with top companies regularly recruiting students. The average package ranging from 5-6 lakhs per annum, providing solid starting salaries. Placement drives begin from 3rd year, giving students ample time to prepare and secure good opportunities.

- I like many things such as the infrastructure, course detailing etc.
- I don't participate in any kind of social activities.
- Faculties are quite good they behave in a good way expect some.
Dislikes
- Some faculties are very rude and annoying they just know to shout nothing else and specially they misuse powers they have just to satisfy their ego.
- It is a quity crowdy because they took many admission.
- Unnecessary rules and regulations to maintain decipline.
Placement Experience:
College is good in terms of campus placements and this is a major factor that of many admissions. Students are eligible from end of 6th sem for campus placements as well as internships also. As far as I know the highest package of the college was 40lpa and the average package of the college is 6lpa.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
