- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- The campus is very well maintained with all the facilities provided to the students at their finger tips.
- You have many eating options to choose from, dominos, subway, barista to name a few
Dislikes
- For hostellers every time you need to step out of the university you need to gate pass approved for which a call will be made to ur parents
- Location is based on a state highway far away from Chandigarh and any nearby city.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is very to the point and promising. Take proper notes in the class and revise consistently and you won't lag behind for sure. Scoring marks is also very easy as most questions are straight forward.

- I liked infrastructure. As the campus is huge and is very well maintained
- I like cleanliness there. It is maintained properly and has dustbins all around the campus and is not untidy. Always remains clean
Dislikes
- I dont like the location of the campus as it is located on highway and not in the centre of the city
- I do not like their rule that students who are day scholars can not go out of the college before 3:30 pm
- I do not like the fabric of summer tshirts as uniform
Placement Experience:
In 7th semester students are eligible for internships there is high scope of internships as many companies do visit our campus on daily basis and employ students on the basis of their portfolio and their performance in interviews

- I don't like the average lpa however it does not depends on college
- Hostel fees is too much in comparison of other colleges
- Our class timings or kinda weird we don't get enough time for self study
Placement Experience:
Student become eligible for campus placement in 5th sem in 5 sem we usually get internship and after internship it depends on the students if he did good or not and get hired permanently tcs , lakia and many more . There is 90% placement . I plan to go for further studies like post graduation

Chitkara placement is good enough and placement ratio is near 90 percent with avg of 600000 rs and companies from various places visits university for placement and a student have lots of options for the placement

- College is filled with greenary, food options are nice

- College is not that big enough , very strict in terms of discipline
- Hostel mess food is not always very good
- Library is not big enough to fit alot of students

The placements in chitkara University Punjab is super nice it's like a 10/10 . The college is fully immersed in providing you placements and even garantee 100% placements which is true . College tries their level best to provide placements. The package offered by companies is very nice and alot of people are satisfied with their placement.

- Strict rules and like sometimes it feels it is useless
- Classes timing are sometimes very bad as you get senior
- Mess food is ok but most of the people eat outside

For the placements i must say this that the college has a very good connections with the placement team and moreover it is actually 100% placement guarantee in the college from 1st sem the college will tell you the process of placement so that at 3rd year you will get ready for the placement

Placement is good if you are a good student. In reality placement depends on the student's personal skills. University will provide opportunities and give platform to showcase your skills. Then its all in you how you take advantage of this opportunites.

- Placements are also good as my seniors have been placed now with good package

- Strictness as they are very strict in terms of going out
- You can't go out frequently as it is on highway and nothing is nearby
- Hostels are good but its just you will get bored

and you should know dsa to get selected
highest package is 20 lakh in non-tech and average 10-12 lakh

getting a job is main priority after getting degree

- The college has every sport you would want to play within the campus for example: cricket, football, table tennis
- There are a lot of opportunities with different clubs to learn so many skills like acting, singing, dancing, cricket club
Dislikes
- The teaching staff in 1st, 2nd year don't have indepth knowledge about their subjects so you have study yourself to get good marks
- The crowd here is more on the chilling side and only few people here are actually serious about there career and are focused.
Placement Experience:
1) After 3 year lot of students start getting placed in companies that come to college
2) companies visited in 2024 are wipro, Tcl, infosys, Amazon and number of offers were around 1000.
3) Highest package was 38 LPA and average was 8.5 lpa

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
