- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

The average package starts from 3.3 LPA to 8 LPA. The highest package is 40LPA.
Above 70% of students are eligible to take all company's placements exams and it depends upon the interview which company chooses which criteria.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Because I am interested in the technical course.
Qualifications of the facility are Ph.D. and their teaching method is so good. The exams are of moderate level. So that's mean everyone can easily score marks in end term exam.

- Exposure is good. The only thing is you need to take that leap of faith
- The campus is on the eco friendly side as it has a lot of trees and flowers.
- The garden are such a mood booster and a chill spot for friends
Dislikes
- The hostel timings are irritating at points.
- The library book issue is upto 3pm only which doesn't makes any sense.
- The food courts are too much on pocket for a student. A cold coffee starts from rs 90.
Placement Experience:
In the 6th or 7th semester, the internship program begins. The internship duration is 6 months. After it, the intern gets placed in the company.
The eligibility criteria are somehow like 8+ cgpa and all subjects clear. That's it.
Big companies like Fuji Electricals, Siemens, Microsoft, Wipro, etc hire students with good packages.
The placement ratio is good. Not all are placed but still, the ratio is good.
The average package is 12 lacks. The highest package reached is around 40 lacks in computer science.
After graduation, I might go for a post-graduation. It's not final yet.

- The campus is very small i.e 85 acre and student is increaing year by year
- The hostel menu is sometimes good sometimes not good

Placement is good in my university from 6th sem onward a student is eligible for sitting in placement and the average package is 6-7 lakhs there is 100% placement and their salary depends on their interview

- Infrastructure over here is really good and maintained
- Discipline here is the first priority like they do not allow students to go out unless parents permission

- Curriculum is not really good they pressurize the students by taking exams on weekly basis. Moreover as an engineer they first taught us python but correct way is first learn c ,c++ no basics were covered properly
- They admitted a lot of crowd but their management is not really good
- Most of the exams are on online platforms there internet doesnt work fine and code do not get submitted hence students didnt get the actual marks lot of discrepecy in marks i myself was marked 0 even though my test went good but nobody really cares
Placement Experience:
As I am now in the 6th semester till now no placements so what I think is they will start from the 7th semester. A lot of companies in fact 100+ companies visit. The highest package goes 32 lakhs and the average is 8 to 10 lakhs. As there is a lot of crowd in chitkara 70 percent of students get placed the number may vary I am just telling the approx. Well, my plans after my degree are firstly to brush up my skills and get promoted to a senior post and I want to be an entrepreneur.

The college is quite promising at providing placements. The average package is 6 to 8 lakhs and the lowest might start from 3 lakhs. Many prominent companies visit and recruit skilled students. The highest package to date has been 1.1 crores. In the third semester, the companies start to seek to recruit.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is up to point and faculty members (though not experienced) are good enough for understanding. I chose this course because I have a lot of interest in computer-related technologies and wanted to do something in it. Here for 80 students, there is 1 faculty for every subject. Teacher qualification is mostly up to bachelor's or Ph.D Exams are conducted every month and we used to study for a week to be passed.

- You can't leave the college before 3:30pm(to leave before you have to take permission from teacher sometime he denied)

Our college gives opportunities to students for placement.
It starts for 3rd year but for the placement you should have no backlogs.
The highest is around 30-40 lakhs and above and the average is around 7-8 lakhs.
The minimum percentage required is 65-70%.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
