The college atmosphere is very good and they maintain very clean environment facilities.the feild trip is very exciting and that same time its related to the course
There will be a scholarship based on the merit that they have scored in their past 11th and 12th standard and according to their merit, the scholarship will be decided.
The faculty of the university is very good and gentle towards the students and they are very good intaractive with students and they are more effective to provide the quality education to the students

Dislikes

There are 5 hostel for boys and 3 for girls and food was very worst and i don't like it.
Food that provided in hostels will be sometimes very bad rhat we cant eat.
That i don't like we have no proper internet and no water in blocks

Likes

The infrastructure was to good the area where my college located was good
The faculty was good we had good experience in agriculture feild
The teaching was good they way they Handel the students was perfect

Dislikes

We do not have as much time for library and other kind of sports
Food in hostel need to improved and cafeteria food
Walking distance from college to hostel was bit longer

Placement Experience:

Last year of our studies we usually have the placement and the students mostly prepare for the government exam and staff will assist towards that and most of the students will go for masters and I planning to do my masters

Overall the college is quite good.

Likes

College has well infrastructure and peaceful environment
We have libraries, labs with full wifi connection
College provides free medical facilities to all students

Dislikes

The strength of the students is more in the college
The college is so far to our home town. So it is difficult for travel
Food in the hostel is average. And some unhygienic

Placement Experience:

The college placements will starts from 3rd year onwards. Most of the students are placed in 4th semester. The highest package offered is 50 lakhs per annum and average package offered is 5 lakhs per annum. Nearly 60 percentage students will placed.

Review of kalasalingam

Likes

Kalasalingam has well furnished hostel for students with seperate buildings for boys and girls and are monitored by cctv cameras
It has a good track record of placements in the IT and AT sectors . and more than 60% students get placed
It has well equipped laboratories for practical instructions , including laboratorities for web programing and software development

Dislikes

There are not enough classrooms for smaller departments and that lab facilities are insufficient
Students have to walk long distance in the heat to attend lectures
It is difficult to get placements in kalasalingam university due to high competition

Kalasalingam university has a decent placement record , with several companies like infosys , TCS ,wipro , HCL ,etc visiting the campus each year . The placement process typically starts from the final year course .The average package typically ranges from 4 to 6 LPA .

Likes

Classrooms, labs, library all are good but they ground is very poor

Dislikes

They collage road is very poor.. And they canteen food is bad... Hostel is poor

A Life at Kalasalingam University

Likes

Faculties are well experienced and their teaching methods were simple , easy to understand.
An indidual faculty was provided for each class to take care of the students
Infrastructure , campus amenities and learning facilities are excellent.

Dislikes

strength of the students is more. co ordination is little bit difficult.
unacademic events like sports and other extra curricular activities participation is difficult due to huge students strength.
for me distance is more from my home town to travel

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus selection. Hcl, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, solar energy, power plant and etc. are the companies visited our college. 70% of students were placed in our batch . the eligible percentage for students to getting placed is 60% firstclass and it also depends on some company norms. My plan is to do higher studies from the begining itself.

The college campus is very nature look and clean
In b tech most students are from AP and we can share our cultures
The quality of the infrastructure is very good here and facilities also good

Dislikes

There is some electricity problem it will good if they improve
At the starting of 1st year there is a little water problem
There is WiFi problem too our mobile network won't take most of the time

It's my college review

Faculty has a great knowledge and friendly
College infrastructure will be nice and good lab facilities and all
College has a different clubs we can join in any of them and NCC , NSS also will be. And library is great thing about my college

Dislikes

The journey from my home town is more than 24 hours i am from Andhra Pradesh
Intially some communication problem with locals
Hostel food is full of tamilnadu style I can't like it more

Placement Experience:

Basically, i am from the ece department which means core in my college software companies are coming alot and then I am interested in core .here in my college there is less placements in core companies. I have a plan to do 6 months embedded systems course after completion of my final year

We have nice atmosphere out there,our university is far from city
We have more greenary in our collage.its an add on
Water recycle plays key role in our colllage.collage using solar plants

Dislikes

Here in our collage at some points maintanance us not good
Boys and girls ratio is very less.boys and girls ratio is 4:1
Main concerning thing is too many restrictions to get leave to go home

Placements was very good when I have joined in his collage.they give placement assistance But,this year is very hard to give jobs because the matketbis very down for rech jobs thuis year job scenario has different phse.

University Attendance Was 75% and there is No condonation to pay For Attendance To Attend Semester Exams

The environment around the college is wonderful.
The faculties are very friendly, and they solve our issues.
Best place to study will less fee structure

Dislikes

Some may have language problem, to communicate.
The taste of food is very difficult from others.

The curriculum that influenced is that conducting both technical and non technical events every week. The frequency and timing of exams are for mid sem their will be 2 exams per day. And for final semester examination they will conduct alternative days.

What is your review of Kalasalingam University?

A few of my friends graduated from Kalasalingam University. According to them, the college offers decent academics and infrastructural facilities.

The college is accredited by UGC. Teaching is mostly examination-oriented.
Classes and examinations are conducted on time. You will need to maintain 80% attendance to sit in the examination.
Most faculties are friendly.
In college premises, students need to maintain proper dressing. Wearing jeans isn’t allowed for both boys and girls. Girls are only allowed to wear churidar and shawl.
The hostel accommodation is decent. The 1st year hostels are separate. Hostel rooms have an occupancy of 3 people. The rooms have all basic amenities. The rooms and washrooms are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Food offered at the mess is decent.

The reviews of the students are not usually bad. But when you compare Kalasalingam University to other more established universities, it lags a bit behind in the college rankings. But the college rankings are not given by students, so their views vary.

This college really has good facilities, a huge library, green campus, etc. They also have a well experienced and highly cooperative faculty. The college might have some faults which is why the NIRF ranking is not good. But other than that it is quite a good college with sufficient amenities.
