SASTRA Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students who have no standing arrears with minimum of 6cg are allowed for campus placements highest package may be more than 24lpa and lowest is 6lpa and about me I need to get into iit after attending gate since I am more into higher studies

From end of 6th semster students are eligible for pacements and most of them will be placed before 8th semester . Wipro, Microsoft, ZOHO, Amazon,TCS, JPMorgan and etc. The highrst package is around 30,00,000 per annum average max is 9 LPA and min is 6 LPA.

From 7 th semester, students are eligible for placements. Many companies such as intel and Zoho are visiting and about 600+ offers made. The highest package will be 34 LPA and the average will be 7 LPA percentage of placement is about 95%

Placements are quit good here. 7 sem students are allowed for placements here.tcs, zoho, paypal are the tope recuriters for cse. 80-90%of students are placed yearly. Highest package is 54lakhs and lowest package is 2-3lakhs and average is 8 lakhs.

3rd year the students are eligible for the campus placements Wipro, IBM etc are some companies came to offer jobs for students Adobe is the company which offered a student 42 lakhs as the annual package The student should maintain more than 7.5 CGPA without standing arriers at the last semester I would like to write GATE exam and do MTech in good colleges

This college is very good at getting placement offers from high companies like wellsfargo,paypal and fidelity.the placement process will start from the 3rd year 7 semester .the highest package was from PAYPAL that is 32LPA

The campus placement of the college is very good the companies are willing to take as many as possible candidates who have talent and intrest. The average salary is 6 lakhs many companies like cognizant, TCS etc many MNCs are approaching the University from the talent

In the end of third year placements will be started. According to the CGPA companies will be chosen and there will three rounds like aptitude interview and group discussion.after selection within one month call letter will be given from the company.

Campus is sastra is very descent compared to other Tier 2 colleges. But in this year , the placements in sastra is very low compared previous years. The average package is around 6lpa in sastra. The highest package secured is around 35lpa. The lowest package is around 3lpa. Placements is guarenteed if you joins in sastra. TCS company takes around 500 people from this college every year. Around 90 percentage of students gets placed in this college.

I always had a liking towards the college and many of my family friends have already studied here and are in various good places, and also there is a lot more informative exposures we can collect from Sastra more than education like extra curricular activities like singing, so I've always dreamt of joining thisone thoughel after joining only I now understand that particularly my course is somewhat challenging to study and pass as the subjects are so wague.
