A hectic schedule and a huge campus is a pain at times but I hope this journey is worth the pain. A point worth mentioning is that academics here is purely digital. We have digital assignments and we give our exams on digital pads or other online platforms.

I have written vitee entrance examination, there was no interview but you have so a little preparation for it because that paper is not good ready enough so first make preparation for it and then don't for vit.

No bad remarks at all. VIT gives you the best memories you can never forget in your life. Being a final year student, I'm not able to leave VIT. I wish to study one more time here and learn more and more.

No ragging is done in the college, unlike many other colleges. A friendly relationship exists between seniors and juniors and teachers and students. The overall development of a student is given the focus on.

Freedom is restricted. You can not even stand anywhere else without permission and it is fine for everything. The good thing is there is 0% raging. I have not heard of or seen any raging cases in 3 years of my VIT life. And the bad thing is there is a lot of academic pressure Which is good in a sense.

As I have already told " The Biggest Mistake of my life". I think the government should at least not allow such colleges because they are playing with the potential of future generations. Moreover 1st there back door entrance should be closed which act as a mirage in one's life.

Management is somewhat not student-friendly. That's the only drawback. In other fields, Vit can be rated as excellent. Overall experience-AMAZING

For Mechanical, At my pass out time, only a few mechanical companies came, all of them will get placed in the IT industry at 99% Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro

I wrote JEE MAINS in 2015 but could not get a decent college, so I dropped a year (2015-2016). Next year, in 2016, I wrote JEE MAINS along with other various entrance exams including VITEEE. I could not get into a college of my choice through JEE MAINS so I decided to go with VIT, which I was eligible for, because of the rank I got in VITEEE. There weren't any subsequent interviews for the admission as it is totally merit-based. I checked the MHRD rankings before finalizing it and thus, I am here. I chose the engineering course because I always thought of it when I was in school.

Teachers are good but teaching can be improved Life at this college is great as we get to learn a lot of things both academically n in extra curriculum activities The overall college experience is great
