VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are usually great but this year it's been shit and the college is not at all transparent about the placement numbers, all 4 VIT campuses have placements together as 1 unit so there really isn't a difference between VIT bhopal and vellore

Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester and we will have very good placents in my batch 1Cr is highest package and average package is around 7L, Almost everyone will get placed in the college I can tell it as around 80 to 90 prrcent.

the placements here are decenent if you do study and can manage youre cgpa upto 8 then youre good to go you will get good placement here the best package here was more than 1cr and the least was 5 lpa avg was 10 lpa

Students are allowed to get placed from 5 th year and can do internships in 4 th year itself . Industrial visit o various companies are taken by the respective subject faculties. About 85 percent of the students studying here get placed in good companies and I am planning to join in research field or persue my career as a lecturer in any college

For the Integrated MTech Branches, which are of 5 years - 10 semesters. the placement training will start form 8th semester and then the Companies come for the Internships and PPO from March month, the placements continue until August - September only for Internships. the Internship will be for 10 months approx in the 5th year. which is substituted for the Capestone project which was supposed to be done. people who didnt get internship will do Capestone project for the same duration and parallely appear for other Full time role placement oppertunities. The average CTC is aroung 7LPA to 9LPA. and upto 70% students go intetnships and 90% students are overall placed. The major comapnies that recruit are Intel, Dell, Nvidia, Nokia, Synopsys, Continetal, NetApp, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Signify, Stryker, Marvel, Mediatek, Genesys and Caterpiller.

We are eligible for placements from the 7th sem. Till now, 150 companies visited and 800 students have gotten placed. The highest package was from google as 70lpa. Only 20 percent have gotten placed in the last 3 months. I plan to get placed and work after my degree.

From third year the students are eligible for campus placements There are many companies visited our college includes Wipro Infotech Ltd The highest package is 90000 The average package is 35000 U0 percentage of students get placed

Every year more than 95% of the students of the outgoing batch gets placed in good companies. It has an average package of 12lakh and above. It is a good choice for the students in terms of campus placements.

Campus placements are offered at final year of graduation of the course you pursue. VIT offerers better campus placement with good annual package to get our super dream jobs and get settled. The interenships are provided fromt the first year itself and it is super helpful for skill delevlopment

I was very passionate about my major way before ,I thought they'd start the core concepts at the get go but they did not.and they allotted way less credits in the first semester putting pressure in the upcoming semesters
