They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
*there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.

Dislikes

The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

The placement of this college is very good. A lot of companies like TCS, ORACLE, Microsoft, etc. come here for campus placement. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Here, the highest package was offered at 58 lpa th

Course Curriculum Overview:

This Course is a Perfect Blend of the CSE and Mathematics branch where mathematics is totally applied which will be used in AI and ML, Faculty-student ratio in this College is approximately 1:40 and they are well-qualified and experienced teachers with their Unique techniques of teaching. Exams happen here every 2 months in intervals with Midterm and End term and it's easy to pass with 2 days of Study before the exam.

Fest cultural hikes individual games and complex
The shopping complex of nit Agartala is beat
The sport complex of Nita is the best ..

Dislikes

As of nothing I disliked and I they are good
The teachers should improve their techniques
The campus should be claems and neat for better.

Placement Experience:

The placement offer is good and high with 5th semester onward we are eligible for placement and the pre placement offer also there with a great hike in companies .70%studenta gets placed and the placement average is 14lpa .

Qualities of our college

Likes

The campus and the faculty members were helpful
The buildings were nice and the campus was very large
We got a lot of space and the labs are having proper quality products

Dislikes

The lift sometimes doesn't work properly
We got a lot of natural resources in campus less buildings
The library only have study book and no other informatory books

The faculty members are nice and everything and is nice the hostel are in a good condition exams were in perfect timing and it was difficult as it's just the first year I chosed chemical engineering as I was really into this course I like chemistry

large campus greeny and quite in nature so peace of mind
the studies are good and helpfull faculty
pretty chill life and study peacefully and good

Dislikes

weather is so different if your coming from south india
city is not developed no malls no entrainment be prepared
you have to learn bengali and some times beaware of people but most of them are good and pretty chill

i chose this branch i had field of intrest in mechincal branch and i got alloted to production branch . the course is almost similar to mechincal and i wanted purse further studies so i chose this branch where in gate we have same paper as mechincal

The infrastructure of the campus is very good. The building are very modern and good.
The hostel is very clean, and they provide all the necessary amenities to us.
Bathrooms and other things are clean and there are gardens and dogs which are beautiful

Dislikes

First year mess is very bad. The food is bland and it has no taste
There is no entertainment here like malls or anything and it is boring
This campus is inside the forest and it is very hard to get to city as we have to change auto 2 times

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th year. Mostly all the core companies come to the college during the month of December, and the placements here are pretty good. PhonePe, Google, Meta, dell, Lenovo, Acer Nitro 5 and many more. Highest package given here was 62 lakes and the average package is about 6-7 lakhs. A percentage of about 80% students gets placed from the campus.

NIT goods and bads

Likes

Sports stadium indoor and all games are played here
Campus is clean greenery pollution less and beautiful
Library is too big and all type of books are available

Dislikes

Bathroom are not well maintained and cleaned
They should use good quality oils in mess
Bathroom should be well maintained always

Placement Experience:

4 th year 200 plus companies visited and many offers they made Highest till now 1.06 cr off campus 90 % students gets placed Not yet decided but will decide after 2 nd year and so on ....what to do next

Is NIT Agartala worth joining?

Likes

Faculty and staff members are helpful and cooperative.
Hostels are very good for first and third year students.
College fests and activities on various festivals are mesmerizing

Dislikes

Mess food can be considered as below average. They do not have very good variety and quality in the mess food.
Very few transportation facilities are available to travel from college to other places.
Campus is isolated from the city which can sometime proove to be the cause of boredom

Facts about NIT Agartala

Likes

Big campus, Full of greenary, Good library facilities
There so many students from various parts of India, so we can mingle with their culture.
Food and accommodation is also good and affordable

Dislikes

Lab facilities are a bit week comparing to other research institutes
More than half of the faculties are good but some are not better
Maintanence inside the campus is not done properly

Placement Experience:

The campus is providing placements after seventh semester onwards. And also students can sit in off campus placements. There are so many companies visiting here including Texas, Google, Bharat petroleum, Polaris, Infosys, Indian oil, Tata etc.The highest package given from here is 52 lpa and average is 10 lpa.My plan after getting degree is to go for higher studies.

NIT Agartala is great and the placement are moderate

Likes

Good Hostel facility with good rooma and water supply and electricity
Sports complex is large and has gym, badminton court, basketball court, football ground, swimming pool
The campus is lush green and the weather here is amazing

Dislikes

Faculty are mostly old and do their work only as systematic
1st year classrooms are poorly equipped than other years
Mess food is not if tht good quality , the quality should have improved

A best college life

I like the campus of my college there are many things in the campus
So I don't face any difficultys here for anything
The campus is fully covered by the greenery

Dislikes

There are a lot of mosquitos and there are just killing me
Sometimes weather suddenly changes
I didn't found any good girl for me here

Placement Experience:

My plans for getting degree from here I don't want to do any jobs I have to do something different. There are many companies who visites here like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Adobe etc. Here Placement ratio is around 95%

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala

Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.

Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
