Likes

They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
*there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.

Dislikes

The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

Sports complex which is the biggest sports complex among all nit
Shoping complex in which students will get everything that they want

Hostel mess food is not good as expected

As specially from the childhood I like machines and automobile things in respect of that I'm starting conveying myself to become a engineer but unfortunately I didn't get mechanical but fortunately I got chemical engineering which is 80%similar of that

The most important things I have liked about the campus is gardens .
The next important field is college buildings are set in proper areas .

Dislikes

The things I disliked about the college is the distance between one place to another .
The next thing I disliked is the mess food is of very poor qualities .

After the 7th semester students are become eligible for the college placements . Percentages of the college placements are different in different branches . As in computer science branch this year the placements has gone upto 79 %.

College facilities are not up that level
Administrative function is very poor in my college
In case of any emergency no immediate facility is provided at that time

Overall is good experience, almost all faculty are very helpful infrastructure is awesome one big Library,and big sports complex
Placement are average 8 to 12 lakh is average placement for any branch

Dislikes

I don't like food quality in mess and bathroom in hostel

Several aspects and factors influenced me to choose electrical engineering course electrical engineering is deeply rooted in technology and innovation which aligns with my passion for understanding how things work.incorporating more hands on project , internship and and industry collaboration into the curriculum will provide students practical experience.there is a class test and assignment submission before every semester twice in a semester.and lab practical is there 3 days in a week

I love my Campus as it is a huge Campus.
My campus has a huge library with good infrastructure
There are good faculty members who teaches us in a better way to maake us understand

Dislikes

Girls hostel intime is the worst thing that I don't like
The hostel mess food.I didn't like it at all

Placement Experience:

From third year ,Students are eligible for campus placements. There will be companies that offer internships like oracle, Reliance limited ,Phonepay ,Paytm and more.Highest package recorded in ECE is 52 lpa and average package is 12 lakhs per anum.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE COLLEGE IS ONE OF THE BEST AMONG ALL NITS

EATING FACILITIES. FOR VEGETARIAN STUDENTS IS VERY POOR

I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT PLACEMENT . BUT AVERAGE PACKAGE OF CSE IS ABOUT 15 LPA (APPROAX) ECE IS 13 LPA (APPROAX) EIE IS 12LPA (APPROAX) CIVIL AND MECHANICAL HAS A BIT LESS PACKAGE THAN 10 LPA YOU CAN CHECK THE ACTUAL PACKAGE DETAILS AT THE OFFICIAL SITE

In nit Agartala you will get to experience a natural environment as it is spread in 365 acres and covered mostly by forest
Sports complex is pretty huge which will be fun
Hostel are pretty spacious and clean and new too

Dislikes

Hospital here hospital is not that advanced just only basic
As I said it is of 365 acres you have to walk a lot
Placement are little bit of decent which may not satisfy you

Student can get placement after their six semester that is after 3rd year here many company come like Google Microsoft and Goldman Sachs and many more average package is pretty decent you can easily get 10+ lpa if you work hard

one of the underrated college of north india with good placement record

i most liked the sports complex which is very big and beautiful.
gym and indoor sports facilities are very good
nature calmness and infrastructure of college is good

Dislikes

classrooms of first year is very bad and dirty
some teachers are very bad and rude and not so qualified

from 6th semester you will be eligible for placement,lot of big companies visit nit agartala every year like iocl hpcl bpcl mercedez tata google microsoft.highest package offered was 52lpa and lowest was 3lpa.My plans to secure good rank in Gate.

the worst thing that I unlike is Classrooms and not maintained properly
Gym equipments some of the gym equipments are broken but not maintained
The classroom facilities are not so good, no gallery class

The placement ratio of the college stands around 85% of students get placement, few goes for higher studies some go for startup business and management etc. Various MNCs like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, Cognizant etc etc comes for placement. The average placement lies to 10 lacs/ year and maximum around 55 lacs / year

Campus Infrastructure is really good. Library is excellent, Sports Facility is also very good.
The greenery in campus is really appreciable as it gives you pure air.
The clubs here are good if you really want to participate, Clubs like E cell, GDSC , DCC, etc are good for programmers

Dislikes

The timing of library is only upto 8 P.M which should be extended.
Auditorium is not of good capacity of course it is decent but if can accommodate only around 500 students at at tkme
Branches like Chemical, Engineering Physics, etc does not have their independent buliding.

Placement Experience:

Students of 4th year become eligible to sit in Campus Placements. Most product based companies open for CS, ECE, EE and EI. Service based companies open for all branches. The average package this year is 8L across all branches, with median of 15 LPA in CSE and 43.82 being the Highest one. There is decrease in package no due to recession. The number of companies vising here are around 150+.

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala

Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.

Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
