GLA University Mathura Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After the 2nd Semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies visited in the college for placements. The highest package is 32 lakh last year. The percentage doesn't matter for the placements, if you have general knowledge then you are able to qualify for any interview.

After 6 semesters or after 3 years a person is eligible for Placement. Many companies such as Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, dream 11, Microsoft etc many provide jobs for an annual package of 5.4 lakh annually as mentioned in the brochure. The highest average package is 22.2 lakh and the minimum average package is 3 lakh. About 70-80% of the student gets placed depending on their skills.

Campus placements are being offered from time to time to the students. The students become eligible and start appearing for the placements in the final year of their course. The highest placement package offered to the student is 14 lakh p.a.

I am interested in engineering for a long time. So I chose BTech as my career option. The faculty: student ratio:1:5.The faculty is highly qualified. And the teaching is also appreciable. In one year we have two semester exams. one is mid-term and the second is End-term. The difficulty level is normal. If you have knowledge of the subject you can easily pass the exam.

I choose this course because it was very nearby my home that's why I take admission to this college. In my college the faculty ratio is very good he/she completed the PhD. The professional faculty study in this college. The student ratio is 1100 aprox in the college. The teaching method of faculty is he/she teaching on chalk and talk and also do the teaching on smart classes and provide the computer labs. The timely term exam is two times one is a monthly exam and the second one is the final semester exam. It was easy to face the exam and the pass.

The campus placement will be started the course curriculum is of the three years and the after the second year the company started to come many companies recruit TCS Infosys Google Microsoft will come into the GLA and have come and taken in so many students have in place to Capgemini is the man company taken for BCA students in the percentage of distance learning places 76% and the day after the degree so much participation in the companies.

I choose this couse because my intrest is in the engineering but in the physics and chemistry i'm not good enough so i choose the BCA course. The faculty and the students ratio was the 6:10 and i must say the ration was very good and faculty too. If I say about the qualification of the teachers so most of the teachers are a Ph.D. holder in their fields and the method by which they teach very much depends on the student that in which way they are comfortable to learn. But the teaching method was initially was they teach on by with the chalk talk or with the projector. The exam was held every 2-3months of the start in BCA there is 2 semester in 1 yr so the examination in 1semister is divided into 2 parts midterm and end-term. The Probability of passing the exam was the average student was passed easily if they attend the whole class.

As our course is of 3 years...so companies start coming from 4th semester itself. We became eligible for placements from the 4th semester only. And can continue till 6th. There comes Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft, TCS, Capgemini, and many more About 80% and above is the guaranteed placement. but if you study well everyone one of you can be placed. I will be getting a job in a good MNC to achieve my goals.

Almost every student gets the placement, but the package is not so satisfying. Here, many companies come like Checkbox Technology Pvt Ltd, Noida. Infosys Ltd, Banglore, TCS Lrd , Wipro Ltd, Agami Technologies. Now, the highest package of gla is 32 lakh per annum and BCA placement is 7.7 lakh per annum.

As the name said university so they have lots of courses in IT diploma, pharma, MTech, MBA, Law, Agriculture. The majority have PhD from IIT's. Term exam had taken always on time. Exams are at the top priority for the college rest of this can wait. It the quite difficult to pass the exam because the syllabus is quite lengthy.
