MNNIT Allahabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

All the teachers in the Institute are well educated and are best at teaching the relevant subjects. Faculty uses new and modern teaching methods to improve the standard of learning. Computer Science and engineering are very good for the industry, as it focuses on IT and Computers Which is the future of today.

As i am the mechanical student so in the mechanical branch placement percentage is 92% student get placed and other are prefer higher studies and go to IIM and IIT for further studies. Many big PSUs visiting for the campus placement generally offer 10-11 LPA and the other companies like TATA, BAJAJ, TVS and many other core companies visits for mechanical students offers 8-9LPA so the average package for the mechanical branch is 8 LPA and if you want to know CS/IT placement i'll give you some brief idea it has average 14 LPA package for CS and 12 LPA for IT average placement. My plan is to join IIM for further studies and complete my MBA degree so i can do management job in the high profile company.

The seniors of LNMIIT had many good internships and even in the various field irrespective of the branch. This year Amazon,Microsoft, IBM and many more big companies came this year to hire the students. Amazon has offered Rs 27 lac per annum.

Some of the teachers were very orthodox.

because placement is good.the teaching faculty is very good.this college is near to my hometown. nit allahabad is among best 5 nits at that time.they give extra facities for the sport students. their are so many technical club.

NITs are places where students from different backgrounds and regions of India. So it provides an opportunity to mingl and learn the way of living to suite the places we go. Also they are much preferred over private colleges for their curriculum and placements.

It's a good college for you if you are more interested in placements and does not interested in city life and at last its upto you that what you prefer college name or branch. By the way the ranking of college is dropping since 2-3 years due to lack in research and poor infrastructure.

Mnnit is one the best NITs of the country and has the best placement record, also the Computer Science department is the oldest in the country and has the best facilities. The campus is big ( 200 acres) and provides many recreation facilities.

CS and IT students get internships right after 3rd year and 40% of them get PPOs. In placements which start from July end, big tech and consulting companies come on the first day like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, Directi, Samsung, Adobe etc. Rest all companies keep on coming the whole year. Almost everyone gets placed. Highest package: around 30 LPA for tech companies like Directi, Amazon etc. The student from any branch who has coding skills can get the offer. Lowest package: 4-5 LPA for students from biotech, civil, mechanical etc Many students go for job and after a few years of job they go for MBA, MTech, or govt exam preparation.

Infrastructure is not quite good and also it doesn't give a lot of exposure to extracurriculars as expected. But coming to placements it ranks 1st in NITs for average package which is above 10 lpa.
