UPES Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There aren't many remarks about the college other than the fact that the fees is really high.

The college is good and the department teachers are also good. But in this college, we have to work hard to survive in the college atmosphere.

It is quite a decent college but the strength is way too much and the students have to work much harder than the students in other universities. Yet, it is working well and has a good reputation.

This is pretty average college charging a high amount to students and providing average facilities. If there is a chance that you are getting admission anywhere else then you should consider it very seriously. This should be your last option.

I won't say the for 20 lakhs its value for money but in 10 lakh it is!

The best thing about UPES is that it is a 100% ragging free campus.

In terms of location and standard of education, it stands out to be very good. I could have never been able to so easily spend 4 years of my btech in any village, 25 kms far from the main town unless and until the location was so prime. At the time I took admission, even dominos didn't delivered pizza here. This was a great shock for me but the type of friends I met here made everything easy and worth remembering. Talking about the management as far as I remember, they are least concerned and very indecisive and rude. Although location is nice, it somewhat becomes dangerous at night. The village near our PG was very easily accessible by animals.

By now, the college shows an excellent placement scenario. Almost 96% of the students get placed. The real challenge for the college is there in the next few years as the strength has now increased. Companies like LNT, IBM, RELIANCE, etc. were some of the past companies to visit the college for mass recruitment.

No because i just came 4 month back to this college. i only say that the social life is good the institution follows the proper dress code which is very good for the future because it will remain the habit of the student and also if you don't put a tie they will warn you but for the next time they will not allow you to come to campus which is a good quality of the college

The placement rate is good but I don't know the exact figures. Top companies visit the campus or so, I've heard. The average package would be 3-4 LPA. I'm not sure though.
