It is one of the prestigious colleges of India having the best minds. I choose this college as is it one of the fastest-growing New IIM. IIM Ranchi has the best placement record and is growing at a fast rate for the past 10 years. It has a diverse crowd from various parts of country with a mix of work ex as well as freshers.

IIM Ranchi is the best among all the new IIMs in terms of placements, reputation in the industry, teaching pedagogy and peer learning. Even during these times, when we all are going through crisis, IIM Ranchi has done a Brilliant job in making sure that our learning doesn’t get hampered. Faculties try to help us as much as possible so that we don’t feel like missing out on something. We have guest lectures almost everyday other day which helps us in learning from the experts on how do industries tackle this situation of crisis. It’s absolutely great to be a part of this institution

Top 20 B-schools in India, IIM Ranchi have been climbing up the rank. Surely this is one of the driving factor and will soon can become in the top 10 B-schools in India as well. As it is a student driven campus, the environment is enriching and growing. There are a lot of options where you will definitely find your type of club to join.

The most important factor that drive me into this college is the consistency in the average,median placements and also ranks top among the B-schools, it is also striving hard to be among the top 5 colleges in India, and i was also mostly attracted towards the HR specialization that they are providing and it is also top colleges in providing that specialization.

I was interested in HR domain since the start and IIM Ranchi is a very good college for the same. It has a flagship HR course and I really like the curriculum of it. The crowd, placements and the course structure is good.

It has completed 10 years and ranked as the top 20 colleges in India. With the percentile this was my best convert, I believe the course structure is very refine and I have heard they focus on practical learning rather than theoretical. They have a good alumni. IIM Ranchi MBA-HR, this is the first college to have separate Human resource management course among all the IIMs. This is my reasons for choosing this college.

IIM Ranchi is one of the best B-school in India. It has completed its 10th anniversary. The college has the best faculty, and the curriculum gives a holistic idea of the subjects. Students learn more effectively through case studies, various competitions, and live projects.

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
