IIM Ranchi is considered to be one of the best B-Schools in the country. Also HRM is their Flagship program. I was very particular about taking HR as my specialization, so it was an easy decision for me to make.

It is one of the most memorable place I have ever been to. Also, they focus quite on academics as well as the placements are quite good. Apart from that it has plethora of committees, clubs and SIGs to participate and increase your learnings.

I choose this institute because of its good reputation.The quality of education it ensures Faculty from top institutes are recruited and provide their valuable insights.As it is IIM Calcutta mentored,most faculty visits and give lectures from there.They provide practical industrial experience. Because of the small batch size and diverse profiles,peer learning is very efficient.I like the student culture and alumni networks which is provided.It is ranked best among new IIMs and comes under top 20 among b-schools in India.Lastly due to the good placements it endures,we chosen to opt for this course.

HRM course is the best among all the IIMs.Going by the growing importance and indispensability associated with human resources, IIM Ranchi is the first in all IIMs offering a two years full-time Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM). Highly interested in the HRM course as I want have more influence in the development of the people, resulting in the benefit of the company. I want to build strategies for people, helping them give the best environment to be able to give their very best enabling them to succeed in life.
