IIM Ranchi is one of the most prominent B-Schools across India. Among the second generation IIMs, it is growing tremendously. The one fact that makes IIM Ranchi stand out is its student-driven campus. The students take initiatives for organizing almost all the events of the college. It helps in the application and development of a student's managerial skills in a practical scenario as the student gets to hold a Position of Responsibility. I opted for an MBA because I wanted to take a steep rise in my career. I wanted to learn the skills of people management and resource management and make a career in the managerial domain.

The Holistic Development Provided by the college at all the levels starting from Academics, Sports, Entrepreneurship etc. Better Placement Opportunity among my choices that I had at that time. Amazing Hostel and Mess Facilities

IIM Ranchi has a great reputation and has an NIRF ranking within the top 20 for B-schools in India. So, when I got shortlisted for IIM Ranchi, I preferred it above all the other new IIMs in India for myself.

Remarks:
Indian Institute of Management is the best among all the IIMs in the second generation and has jumped several NIRF rankings lasting year proving how good it has been doing. I have no doubt in saying that the professors here are excellent. Listen to the class and you’d love every minute you spend in the class interacting with the faculty. I can personally vouch for that fact. And I’m sure there can’t be much of a difference in teaching in the other reputed private colleges as well.

IIM Ranchi is best performing among the new IIMs. Also due to the pedagogy that IIM Ranchi follows to create a value learning for students. I have done research from the data available from the YouTube videos and other online platform to compare it with different institute. and finally decided to choose IIM Ranchi.

I believe that the most important aspect of a B school other than inculcating skills and values in its students is to provide them with job opportunities. I was intrigued by the placement statistics of IIM Ranchi. Being one of the premier B-school of India, it helps students to get into their dream companies. Another thing that took my attention was the MBA-HR program in IIM Ranchi. In the long run, the HR Alumni network would serve as a benefit to the institute, thus enhancing its placements. Further, the faculty members come from the most respected universities and the pedagogy adopted is at its best. Also, Its the brand name that everyone aspires. What can be better than an IIM Tag?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
