There are various factors which drove me to take admission to this college. firstly it is brand IIM.secondly the class is diverse,hence it offers a great source of peer learning.Further,the college is consistently ranked among one of the best B-Schools.

Top 10 IIM in india as per NIRF ranking,best placements in terms of new IIM's.major increasing of companies visiting for campus, marketing placements are better with compared other new IIM's.Most of the repeated companies visiting for campus for operations roles.

I always had an affinity to study Human Resource Management, which is why I chose IIM Ranchi. It is the only IIM offering a full-time course in this area and this is why I chose this course at IIM Ranchi.

I have opted for the CAT exam and secured 80.72 percentile. I have got selected for the MBA-HR program. I was interested in the HR program and this is the only institute that provides a complete two year Hr specialization program.

Remarks:
It is one of the best B-school in the country. It is ranked 20th in the NIRF India ranking in 2020. It has better placements than other new IIMs. We can say that it is the best new IIM with an average CTC of 15.11LPA. IIM Ranchi being one of the leading B-schools provides you great experience through various case competitions, guest lectures from industry experts.

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
