BITS Hyderabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Most of the placements take place during the summer break after completing the third year. There are no official package details by the college but the highest package last year was around 45lpa Ctc and the lowest was around 8lpa. Approximately 82% of the students sitting in on-campus placements are placed which is quite good I will most probably pursue MBA or a job after completion of my degree

We can go for internship from 3rd and sit in placement from 4th year Although we have a system of early graduation so we can have one less semester to be on campus I am aiming for government-oriented labs

From semester 6 onwards we can apply for placements. the companies and offers made can be found on the bits page. The highest 43.33lpa(domestic) and 1.9 cr (international)percentage of students getting placement is more than 90 per cent the rest are aiming for higher studies aiming for higher studies in the field of management after a degree

Students are eligible for placements from their 4th year (5th year for dualities). Over 100 companies visit the campus and most people get placed. Big tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple and Uber hire from here, while core companies like Snapdragon, Qualcomm, Mercedes Benz, and Exxon Mobil also show up. Finance and consultancy companies like Deloitte and JP Morgan also show up. Microsoft has hired many students over the years, and offers the highest package at around 40 LPA. The average placement package is around 13LPA. Excluding the people who opt out of placements, 90%+ people get placed.

Placements are available on campus during both the semesters of the final year. Also, there are 2 practice schools, that is a paid internships, provided by the college. The number of students placed every year varies but it's mostly above 70%.

Students become eligible from the 4th year 1st sem for placements. All the major companies like Google Microsoft Apple Facebook Amazon Flipkart visit the campus along with a lot of core companies like Qualcomm Intel Texas instruments Exxon BHEL Schlumberger etc The highest domestic package was 51 lakhs offered by Adobe and the avg package is about 18-19 lakhs for sde and finance roles and a little less for core roles almost all the students who sit for placements get placed. I plan to do a job after my degree

I chose EEE because I am interested in it and would like to explore it further. the faculty to student ratio would be 1:175 and the professors are all well experienced and equipped with the knowledge and are very good.

99% of students get placed at BITS Hyderabad. Students are eligible for placements from the fourth year. They sit for Summer Internships before that. The placement Unit of the college works very efficiently and bring companies from all domain for the placement semester.

Aditya Birla Management Group, American Express, Amazon, Atlassian, Capgemini, Deutsche Bank, Flipkart, IBM, and Cipla were some of the brands who gave us the opportunity on the final placement program. Our placement cell conducted a process-driven placement process. Along with the final placement offer we got the opportunity of a summer internship also. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 17 LPA and the average salary of Rs.9 LPA was offered in our final placement program.

The placement of the college is very good and the college is very popular for its placement packages. The college always reaches a 100% placement record. The highest package was around 21 LPA and the average package was 11 LPA which is very good placement packages offer in comparison to many other private colleges in India. The companies that visit the college campus during the college placement drive are Toyota, Taj, SBI, Tata Steel, IndiaMart, ITC, Accenture, Apple, Paypal, VFS Global, Oracle, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, TCS, etc are among the top recruiters.
