8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Satisfaction at its peack to choose this collage

Likes

I like the collage environment like full of nature friendly full of trees gardens
Also like the infra structure and the aestetic look of the collage .
Also i like the programes conducted by the collages and clubs and also the faculty , they are very friendly and helpfull

Dislikes

One problem is this collage is very vast and we have to travel a lot in the collage

On 2023 batch we got 106 offers and almost every student got placed. Students can either placed on core companies or in IT sector. Top recruiters are oracle, Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra, Bosch, relience etc. For every student placed minimum package is of 5LPA

To say about my college the unity between different course is the main thing our college compound is small so we are friendly with everyone
Facilities are very friendly and helping us to success our career by giving motivation
Supporting our skills and also culturals by bringing so many events

Dislikes

Placements are not equal to every branches
Every year students have same colour of uniform
Labs are not good comparing to other college

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good for computer science and electronics batches while the others have moderate placements. The average package offered is 6 lakh per annum and the highest being around 33 lakhs per annum

Good campus and good facilities are provided
College has all modern facilities and a vast ground
College has good placements and all good companies visit

Dislikes

The college is strict on attendance and punctualness
College campus is relatively small and tny
Placements are not that good for mechanical branch

Placements are very good and are the strong point of my college. Computer science engineering has average placements of 8 lakh and various companies visit like Google, Microsoft and redbus. Electrical engineering also has good placements

Likes

Campus has good social network that enables people from different branches to interact and most of our closest friends are from different branches which is something I saw nowhere.
Good alumni network is guaranteed in this college
Good history of placements provided and companies coming compared to other colleges in ktu

Dislikes

Smaller campus means restricted programs and fests.
More academic oriented students and they rarely focus on extra curriculars

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for cs and ec batches .ec batches have the maybe best in Kerala . Almost everyone with decent academic background gets placed and average salary offered is 6 lakh per annum with highest coming near 33lpa

An Emerging student rising from a million opportunity

Likes

The collage campus is filled with a delight of nature with lots of trees and fresh air. It brings joy and an idea environment to involve my collage study.
The teachers and faculty are supportive and enables us to improve ourselves and create new authentic ideas that originated with us. The teaching structure are also pretty solid and and we'll appreciated.
The campus is so engaging that I made new connections and networks which enabled and improved my social skills.

Dislikes

The festivals are a bit below average. More emphasis must be given.
Sometimes the classes become hectic due to insane schedules which could've been better planned.
Placements are very low and reach is slow compared to other colleges. The collage canteen is only vegan and doesn't provide any other food

Placements are just arriving but late compared to other collages. From 3rd year onwards students are eligible for placements. Centelon, vanenburg, UST, tcs, mu Sigma, mitsogo, tech Mahindra are the company that visited. So far i haven't recieved any offers yet. So far I can only say 20% of the total students were placed. If not placement offer is received after the degree, i plan to pursue further studies possibly masters.

I liked the infrastructure of the college
The college canteen is very nice where snacks are tasty
The faculties are nice which helps us for our grades

Dislikes

The college is getting to many fines which is annoying
The timeing is not just great which gives students a bit stressed
The college is far from gate that we should walk much

Classes are fine faculties are supporting and efficient , good campus the only problem is the fees...not worth the fee and is too much ..it can be reduced as there is no need for this fees the management is bad and regardlessly charge us for anythin
The atmosphere and ambience of the college is good
Hostel warden is not good in girls hostel and less amenities shared room

Dislikes

The fee structure is the most disliked thing
The management is too bad and not functioning the institution with respect to students
Hostel facilities can be improved, common toilet can be avoided

Course curriculum needs improvement in some level including the modules and the relevance of these modules in architecture practice ...can be included more practicality than just giving the module truly lectural

Studio works and thinking outside the box
SOME of thr batchmates and few of the faculties
Workshops that are conducted throughout the year

Dislikes

Some if the faculties are extremely discriminative
The lack of necessary workshops for real world
The lack of software and law teaching skills

I was fascinated by architecture and took as a passion but the college didnt apeal to me much at first But i was taken aback by the college life here which i saw through instagram Thr college can vastly improve by improving student faculty relationship and integrating software skills as part of teaching curriculum

The course objectives which requires thinking and creating
The programmes being held that look good atleast in photos
Some of the faculties being younger understand the plight of the students and other faculties seem more relatable

Dislikes

The negligence of teaching the real world requirements of being an architect
They don’t teach us any software and we’re supposed to learn on our own
Some of the faculties are extremely judgemental and since this course is marked subjectively the marks heavily fluctuates on the basis of the juror or mentor we get

I chose architecture course as a passion but this particular college was chosen by the college The part of the curriculum I liked were the studios and workshops they provide They don't prepeare you for real world but they help you make connections Teaching a bit of law and rules and regulations and including software skills as a part of the teaching ciriculum should be mandatory

Its aim to provide value added technical education that fosters professional excellence and ethical values in students . Also our college have nba naac accreditation and it is the trust has operated various education institutions for over 50 years
It situated 5 km from kochi international airport and 6 km from angamaly railway station so it is easily accessible
The adi sankara trust also operates several other educational institutions in kalady including sree sankara college,sree sarada school etc

Dislikes

The canteen is vegitarian.. we can only have vegitarian only even there where many items but it vegitarian

The influence behind me to decide this course is my parents they told me to take this course there will be a lot of oppertunitys for this course in future and they where right now electronic and connection is now giving many oppertunitys for all new ones
