8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

A honest review

Likes

Good environment for architecture students and good teachers amd their co operative behaviour.
Good teaching styles and patterns and regular non pressurised montiring of teachers over the submissions and assignments.
Co ciricular activities are very appreciated in this gollege as good as academics.

A regular maintaince over the study equipments like drawing table and all

Course Curriculum Overview:

A better option for coming future was the reason for my decision on this course. My curriculum prepares me the for the better exposure of the real world. Teaching methods are pretty practical based which are a little tuff but it prepares us for the future exposure. Exams are in good time intervals where we get enough time to prepare and be ready.

Not Great But Not Bad : Sahrdaya College Of Engineering And Technology Review

The thing i liked the most about the college is the spacious and well built architecture and campus facilities.
The Programs conducted and the involvement of faculties and teachers is really motivational to us students.
The Teaching methods and mentorship quality of the teachers especially teachers like Dr.Vishnu Rajan of Electronics and Communication Department is top notch.

Dislikes

The curriculum is really outdated and the syllabus is really old.
It is a hectic process to get sign for any documentaation from the managment.
The placementcompanies and oppurtunities are subpar.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement from the ending of 3rd year.The companies so far visited this year were UST global DUK Hykon,Sutherland,TCS and Cognizant.The highest package obtained was around 10 LPA.The percentage of students getting placed are about 2percentage .My plans after getting the degree is to work in my fathers engineering firm.

Likes

Campus Life with my friends is really amazing and the campus environment is really good
Teacher's and other facilities are like family for me
During final year we are getting many job opportunities from the college

Dislikes

Teaching method is not completely accurate
Our sports ground is not good as much,lack of space
The facilities inside the lab are not good

Placement Experience:

Our college is giving a good placement opportunities for students.During the final year students will get placed and also our college chairman have a company named unisis he giving many placei opportunities for students who have no arrears

Why should you choose Mec

Likes

Giving prime importance to academic along witg extra circular activities.
Great support for placements and internships from staffs and well as placement cell.
Friendly staff and students , large number of clubs to improve our skills.

Dislikes

Small campus interms of area even though facilities are good.
Cultural functions are not that much supported sometimes its an issue

Placement Experience:

Mec is best known for placement. From seventh semster placment starts . Placemnet cell and training cell will train us with lots of mock test and interviews before actual placements. Percentage of students getting placed are high.

Likes

I'm able to understand the teachers very well and the concepts are taught properly
Internship opportunities and proper placement training has been given to us since 1st semester which includes all topics like soft skills, aptitude, coding.
Supportive faculty who are always ready to re-teach concepts and topics hard to comprehend.

Dislikes

Not many extra curricular activities conducted
Infrastructure of the college could be improved

Placement Experience:

Placement status of the college is quite satisfactory. Above 75% students gets placed every single year. The packages offered are decent. Big MNC's like tcs, cognizant, ey, infosys, ust global etc have conducted drives. My plan is to work in corporate for a few years and then pursue higher education

Worth your time

Likes

Financial aid provided to students is very good .If you have high marks in your 12th your fees will be reduced considerably .
Boys to girls ratio is 50:50.There is a good relation between everyone.
They provide good learning facilities and experienced faculties

Dislikes

Canteen is purely vegetarian as non veg is not allowed in campus.
Placements for IT branches are more compared to other core branches.
Parking space is little congested and require more space .

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the starting of last year. Many placement offers comes to our college. Mainly IT companies offer placements. Compared to IT field other core branches recieve less placement.In civil 50% gets placements.

Likes

College the vibe the people students all are great programs happens there etc are so much fun and cool
Seniors people around the college are nice
Allmost 3 girl to 5 boys so it's not same in all departments

Dislikes

The faculties man they are so annoying they and their rules
Attendance 75% for all subjects for strike they won't given attendance Even though they also didn't come to class
Dogs college sorrounded by somany street dogs

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's bad very bad I don't have to talk about it everyone knows that that curriculum was bad 2024 new syllabus introduced like students even teachers don't have any idea what are they teaching so frustrating

Life at MES College Of Engineering Kuttippuram

Likes

Experienced faculties for each subjects is the main attraction.
Placement drives are often happening in the 4 th year. Training starts from 3 Rd year itself.
Best college life with so many tech fests other programs and also college associations , technical associations like IEEE, IEDC, NSS ect. So we can improve our technical and leadership skills.

Dislikes

Placement oppertunities for non CSE courses are lower unlike CSE courses. But it is improving nowadays.

Placement Experience:

From Seventh semester onwards students are eligible for placements. MNC's like IBM, TCS , Accenture, SOTI and other So many IT companies are there.I think maximum of 1200000 LPA is offered by companies.80 percentage of students get placed in my college. I will work and prepare for GATE along with work that is my plan after getting degree.

The atmosphere our college provides is on another level
It has a good infrastructure and campus amenities are also great
Moreover most of the faculties are so great that they are enough for anyone to stay there

Dislikes

The timing of the college is so long afterwards it feels like a school
The hostel facilities are not the best and the food won’t be okay for everyone
The people of the area the college is situated is not so good

Placement Experience:

The placement cell over the college is so good that they provide placement training and they help the students to cop up with the stress they should handle for getting placement. So the placements happen greatly in the college

KMCT college of Engineering review

Likes

Campus is situated close to NIT calicut so it is convenient to participate in programs conducted there
Mess provided here is very decent compared to other college mess
Hostel fees is affordable . we have 2 Women and 1 MH

Dislikes

Lab facilities are not promising (autocad software is not updated)
college's first priority is academics so if you want to study only this college is for you
The college does not conduct enough programs for the growth of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is affiliated to KTU.The 2024 scheme is a lot better than 2019 scheme however the first semster syllabus is all theory oriented i'm not sure if it will be helpful carewise. The digital 101 course is helpful
