8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

The infrastructure and well expertised faculty, well maintained and equipped library .
The fucculty and their teaching methods are remarkable
The college supports extracurricular activities, social interactions and cultural events

Dislikes

The classrooms and lab facilities need to be improved.

The college provides placement opportunities and training . students can apply at their seventh semester even with active backlogs too .seventy five companies are associated with placement cell.most companies visited are TCS , cognizant Wipro Accenture sap MRF Shobha developers etc .the Highest and lowest package is around 25lpa and 3.5lpa .the average package is around 4.5lpa . almost fifty students got placed .

Faculty is very helpful they'll arrange classes for those who have supply
Notes are given by the teacher and mostly all of topics get covered
Competitiveness is being encouraged such as hackthons etc.

Dislikes

They give more importance to studies rather than celebrations

At sem 7 placement starts having a cgpa of 7.5 makes you capable for appearing many companies TCS ,Accenture, EY ,KPMG, Schneider are among the companies 12.6lpa is the highest Almost 50% gets placed

The faculty's are really experienced and talented. They guide in every way they can. They are happy seeing students participating in extra caricullar activities. They also give guidance for various groups like ASME,IEEE.
The labs are all really good and we can learn a lot and all the machines are working and it's one of the biggest lab (mechanical department) in the area. All the staff in the labs are so highly skilled and knowledgeable about and very cooperative.
Sports is very important and the grounds are good. We have a basketball, badminton, football, volleyball and a table tennis Arena.

Dislikes

The gym is not maintained well, they should add more equipments and maintain the old machines.
The should establish a better canteen and expand the menu.
They should clean the parking area above and make it more accessible.

The placements are bad in your college especially in mechanical department. Companies that come are TCS, other IT companies. There was about 30 offers from various companies and 2 from mechanical. After 6th semester you can start sitting in placement cell. The percentage of students getting offers is less than 30% After the degree I'm going to do gate coaching and pursue Mtech

Likes

Well organised department block with elevator
Good and effective central library and department wise library
Good quality equipments in lab, enchanced and well organised lab

Dislikes

Very difficult in transportation to the college
Wifi connectivity is not so good. It just an average
Bus facilities are poor and provides bus routes in some places only

Placement Experience:

Placements actually starts coming during the 7th semester. Core company coming to the college is very less. The number of students placed is less compared to other college. The placement cell is inefficient. My plans after this degree is go for higher studies.

A good amount of students are placed in different companies.But those who are expectionally talented are placed in companies like ibm,tata etc.One of my senior got placed in ibm with a package of 8 lakhs per annum

Neat and clean toilets and bathroom's for boys, girls and other staff's
Strictly followup of Objectives, mission and vision and program outcomes of course
Perfectly scheduled time tables for study,break and other academic activities

Dislikes

Bad behavior from some of staff in the institution
Bad responses from administrative wing for the fee concession
Lack of inspection of HOD'S or other head staffs for the academics

Course Curriculum Overview:

I deos not regret selecting this course. There are two series ecam and one sex exam in one semester, total of six exam in one year. There are also external and internal lab exams. Our syllabus updates every four years.

From sixth semester onwards we can attend placements.They provide one placement training section (5days) on sixth semester. Siemens, Teachnook,Qburst etc. Based on companies recruitment no.of offers varies. Mostly software companies are came to this college for recruitment. EEE Core placement is less compared to other's. Searching for job.

I have good friends in my college.So good social interactions among college mates
faculties are so good and kind to students clear any doubts so fast
college have a calm and clean environment.so good ambience

Dislikes

canteen donot provide a good menu for students
hostel food near colleges are so worst and
dogs near the college grounds are too dangerous

College premises and college environment.
