8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Perfection

Likes

The looks and the environment is quite nice
We have basket ball courts football turfs and much more for sports

Dislikes

Canteen service is a bit poor because of the payment and other issues
Parking is big but its an open land so the vehicles will be exposed to sun

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ive never liked computer science but after joining here i got encouraged by other students to learn and also the faculty members helped me a lot with the studies .The college also conducts hackathons and stuff so that students can learn and advance their skills.

The best college in Kerala.

Likes

The aesthetics are very nice with a calm and soothing atmosphere.
The faculty is highly qualified professionals who are very sincere.
The buildings and other infrastructure are comparatively new.

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

TKM offers a lot of campus placement opportunities. Many multi national companies comes to our college yearly. The highest salary package has gone as high as 30 lakhs whole the average package is 7 lakhs.

A moderate institute in palakkad

The location of the institute was very remote so peace from city life was there

Dislikes

Too old facilities were there hence modern technology were less used

Placements are handled by a different cell which looks overall of the well being in the field. Different types of companies come from various fields for this types of work field and this is good for us

Good the questions are well organised and quality of questions were good

Likes

The ambience and space is very very soothe and relaxing.
Politics are there so it help to develep other political skills
Lot of sports optionss colegge promote sportss highly so lot of different sports are there

Dislikes

Full of stray dogs here and theree and they are annoying
Teaching is ok ok some teachers are good in teaching while others are waste of tume

Placement Experience:

From 3 rd year onwards students are getting internship and placements Top companies like oracle and many like top companies visit the college Last year highest pacakage was 33lpa average around 7-8lpa Almost 80-90 get placed in cs department that what i know not sure about it I prefer to take msc outside india or go with a good placemebt still deciding

Green campus

Likes

The campus is so clean and green and environmental friendly.
Good infrastructure and facilities like class rooms, labs, library, gym etc..
Courses and faculty services are up to the level.

Dislikes

Management before was not up to the level and now it's changed.
Before collage had no celebrations and festivals.
Canteen facilities are good .they provide good quality of food.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Courses are not as easy we see. Curriculum is so old it is not up to the real world. Technical skill development areas mainly needs improvement. Exams are so frequently conducted that's a burden for the students.

Likes

Compact nature of the college helped develop strong bonds between students and student teacher relationships were also strong
Faculty are more than willing to help you out whenever you reach out for their help
Not much pressure was put on the students which helps for a clear mindset

Dislikes

Placement drives were only focused on IT companies and none from core fields
More practical and real life skills should be taught and developed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The future scope and prospect of a good career made me choose this course The curriculum helps you build and master knowledge in all the basics theoretically of the industry but practical and real world skills developed are minimal Maybe they should incorporate more practical sessions and help develop more such skills Frequency of exams are somewhat tiring because there are exams almost every month and you never get time to prepare for all the subjects

The placements are awesome, the luminous are really supporting the college very well.
So basically here students are the leaders students almost manage everything in the college like activity hackathons programs etc.

Dislikes

The college is say unit of ihrd so I think it is because of this that the infrastructure is not that much good.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college was extraordinary officially 100% of the students are getting placed in Computer Science Engineering other department also have good placements. The alumini connection is very strong here. Many of the aluminious are placed in Big MNCs

The campus has great faculty members with years of experience, they provide you the necessary platform to thrive in your respective fields.
Being autonomous they can bring their own tweaks in the courses providing you with necessary information about the course and the plethora of ideas lingering around the branch and course
The campus has great non academic programmes , this helping the students to thrive in their respective areas of interest

Dislikes

The college tends to not have a great academic to non academic programme balance
The food provided in the college hostels are not upto the mark same with college canteen food
Cleanliness around the college requires improvement

There are placements offered in multiple branches, and the highest placement package last year was 34LPA. Multiple companies approach the campus.The major employers are invited to conduct seminars and workshops on Career Development every year. They can provide classrooms labs can be updated that is can be much more to the updated version and about college labs can be also updated by taking much more modernisation and industry relocated equipment’s enhance the practical learning experience

student students staring from sixth semester should be eligible for placements with per placement training beginning earlier to prepare students for the placements .training and Placement cell in MESCE is dedicated that focuses on students to employability they provide training in communication leadership inter personal relationships etc..companies visiting the colleges are Tata consultancy services ,Infosys, Wipro, tech Mahindra,HCL on average over 200 placements are made annually and the college achieves a placement around the rate around 70-80%in key programs with top performance with range of 4-8LPA .the highest packages offered recent years is 10-12 LPA in various companies like Infosys TCS digitalis etc..and the average package will be almost 3.5-4.5LPA in companies like Wipro HCL etc.. the profile offered are IT software engineering,core engineering, the percentage of students placed is 70-80%.my plan after graduation is employment, higher education,or in government /research by maintaining a balance in both academic or in skill building the goal is maximise the emplyonment.
