IIIT Kalyani Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In our college we have a training and placement cell that manages all placement-related activities student who is in 3rd yr is eligible for PPO but placement is for 4th yr students. In the previous year, 81 job offers out of 58 students with 89.65% placed in Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, jio, etc. The highest package is 26.1lpa and the avg. The package is 13lpa. I want to join Amazon and prepare for UPSC.

From 3rd sem, they are eligible for placements. top companies are jio, tcs, Infosys, Wipro, quorum, etc highest package - is 26.4 lpa, and - 12.7 lap. Most of the time above 90% of students get placements. My plan is to get a placement.

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. IIIT Kalyani looks forward to receiving enormous support and help from the major industries in India. Some of the major IT Companies such as Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, PWC, Yellowclass, Samsung, Ericsson, Goldman Sachs, ShareChat, OLA, Mihup, TCG, Deloitte, Jio, Capgemini, MAQ Software, and many more, have recruited students from this Institute. It is a calm, peaceful, and productive place to study, with a student-friendly atmosphere all around. 90 %+ are students placed in different companies I want to o placed in top companies like Wipro, Microsoft, and Google after my degree.

I chose this course cause I love coding. Student of faculty ratio is 14:1. All the faculty members are Ph.D., Diploma, and Degree holders. There are 5-15 lectures per week. Those lectures are mostly stuck to the textbook. Teachers help students with resources. Term exams happen on time and if you follow the whatever teacher taught in class then it becomes easy to pass.

I chose this course because I always wanted to become a software engineer. there are good no. of faculties here. Faculties have good knowledge about their particular courses. We have 2 exams per semester. difficulty depends upon the faculty and time taken to complete the course and they will accordingly set the paper what they taught in the classroom.

In fourth year students get the opportunity to sit for campus placement. Some companies that visits are jio, quolomm, sigmoid, Tata Consultancy Services, Ola, Samsung Electronics , Capgemini, Cognizant, Share Chat, Deloitte, Ericsson, Amazon, Goldman Sachs etc. Highest salary offered was 26.41 LPA by Amazon, Average Salary was 12.76 LPA and median salary was 12 LPA. In 2022-23 placement percentage was 89.65%.

Students from the 6th semester are eligible to sit in the placement examination. Many companies like- jio MAQ, Infosys, Wipro, Vitusa, TCS, etc. Last year we got the highest package at 26.4 lpa and an average of 12.76 lpa.

I am very interested in software technology so I chose this course 25:180 is the ratio of faculty and student teachers are qualified and knowledgeable too They are done with their masters and well-behaved.
