So, our college gives campus placements, after the summer internship students are eligible for campus placements. Asian paints, ICICI BANK, HDFC Bank, SBI insurance, NESF Bank etc. The highest package is 8lacks and average is 4 lacs, 60% of students are getting placements.

Almost 90% of students get placed in ICICI bank, Asian paints,SBI life,PepsiCo,etc Students get placed in good company in the last of 1st year of their course they need to do internship for summer internship project this will help them to get placed in companies

We are trimester basics, after 3rd trimester we are having a placement. Companies like Asian paints and banks come, 80 percent of students gets placed in our college. I am planning to do job and work in an organisation and learn new things and gain experience.

Last year highest package was 5.5 or 6 lakhs I don't totally remember and almost all the students gets placements so we can say 100% placement is done in Assam institute of Management . My plan is to start my own business venture after taking the mba degree

My plan is after getting the degree is to do jobs in an organisation and gather experiences.

I choose this course because I found it interesting and it belongs to my future higher education. Exams happen timely, two semesters exams every year. Questions come from the syllabus and it is quite difficult to solve. There are fewer students in the BBA batch. Faculties are really nice and understanding They complete the syllabus within time and make us understand the topic simply.

I chose BCA for no certain reason but because I liked computers and wanted to learn some of its languages. Faculty here educate just fine considering in my class students are a bit more than that of other courses. Most of the faculty members are qualified for master's degrees and a few are just diplomas. But all of them teach just fine but some are extraordinary. Exams are held regularly in the form of class tests n practicals and they are a bit easy to get full marks but end-semester examinations are tough and are conducted in a proper manner.

I choosen this course because of my interest in the field of information technology. Faculties are very good they have good teaching experience. Qualifications for the faculity is 7to 8 years teaching experience and degree of PHD. Term exams held two times ever year. Difficulty is moderate

After the 5th-trimester students become eligible for campus placement. There are many companies that visit AIM for recruiting including Asian Paints, ICICI, Airtel, HDFC, etc. The highest package was 12 lakhs per annum whereas the average package was 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. My plan is to be an entrepreneur.

First and oldest engineering college of North east India. Good placement record plus 4 years cost is equal to IITs and NiTs one semester fees. Cracked cee and not JEE adv. The location of the college is at the main capital city of assam and easy access. Where NIt silchar is at a location where access by road is hectic and by train it is unpredictable during monsoon when will there be an landslide.
