IIITDM Jabalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college is far from the city. And it is near a forest, because of which sometimes wild animals enter the college campus.But there are guards everywhere to protect the students. Students are not allowed to leave the hostel after 10:30(especially girls). Giving wild animals as a reason. But because of this students are not able to access places like library and computer lab at night. They couldn't even do combined projects because of such stupid rule. Instead of building higher boundary walls and electrocuting the walls. The administration here are trying to lock the students inside their rooms.

College is good . No negative remarks . college is national importance and Job opportunities is maximum if you do well.course curriculum is good because course is very simple and if you read carefully so you get good marks.

Pros : Students are really good, you'll get a family among them. Birthdays are always special. College provides bus service at nominal cost to roam around the city. Cons : Higher authorities won't listen to you so easy. Don't expect much from the mess food. Time limits are there for the girls.

No negative marks because they have all the facilities for students or Ph.D. students the have bus facility also that go every day to the city then the Environment is very silent. College is outside of the city and that is good.

Here placement is average around 7 to 8 lakh per annum and it is quite good. Here placement ratio is around 100 percent of CSE students and mechanical students. But Ece one is also far better than others colleges.

All over IIITDM is a very good college, only some things have to be changed related to administration. All the faculties are so helpful excluding one and students here are one of the finest students of the country. My overall experience in this college is the mixture of good and not so good feelings and yes I recommend this college to every one who do not get good IIT or NIT after their JEE exam. I learnt so many things regarding my courses and gain so much of practical knowledge that I can apply in any product based company and they will never reject me. I make friends here for life time. Some of them are very smart and some are not but all of them are good humans.

Our college established in 2005. in 12 years it made tremendous growth but we are still looking for more branches in our college because write now we only have three branches in Bachelors of Technology and one design course. I hope that our college will soon come under top 25 colleges in India.

I have passed AIEEE 2011 exam, to get admission in this college. My rank was in the top 2% of all candidates. ECE branch was a better choice at that time than ME/CSE.

Overall it is too good collage students are satisfied with the facilities of this college. Good college maintenance and many essential things given to students.

I was active member of many groups and still connected with many juniors and faculty members. Now the college has very good placements and campus infrastructure. I find this college very good place the spend four amazing years of college life. last year it got Importance of National institute tag so now many big companies also started visiting this campus. The 6 months internship is the best part of thee college.
