The new curriculum is too good because now its baaed upon competencies a medical studtent should achieve after graduating,which is necessary so indeed it prepare us for the real world applications The teaching method now used is mostly on ppt's which can be changed to a better mode like using boards to engage student in a better way according to me And the exams ,wether its formative assessment or send ups or the final exams are planned very correctly so that a student can prepare for the finals in a way that it doesn't build up too much pressure on the students

MBBS is a well known degree creating doctors who are actually considered as god by their patients. It requires lots of hard work which is actually worth the time and money. Frequency of exams is very good. However teaching should be made more practical by offering students more cadavers.

I have always wanted to become a doctor so I started my preparation for the entrance test early on. The student-faculty ratio is nearly 2:25. All the faculties have the qualifications required for teaching at a medical college, as most of them are doctors themselves. The teaching of some of the faculty is excellent whereas some subpar. The term exams are conducted timely. The exams have a moderate difficulty level and they require diligent study efforts to pass them.

I like this course so I choose this. The course is divided into 4 parts each part lasts for a year or so subjects are divided among these parts 1st and 2nd are pre-clinical subjects like Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pathology, etc 3rd and 4th are clinical subjects like OBG/YN, ENT, Surgery, etc all the faculty members have established doctors in their respective fields of work

My batch 2021, was a batch of transition, from covid batch to normal batches, so we had less time to cover the whole course as compared to the regular term, which was manageable to some extent. The exams are held in the following manner- term, mid-terms, send-ups(similar to preboards in school, practice), and finals It's a little hard to pass the college exams but in the finals, it's easier comparatively not to slack off as minor mistakes can lead to failure. The faculty is pretty helpful if you're dedicated enough to the subject and your studies, as it is hard for the faculty to keep track of a class of 250 students. Overall HODs and professors are very helpful, they will be there to assist you at every step, it's up to you how to use it for your own advantage.

No placements you have to complete post graduate to be eligible for placements. After that placements are there.

The college is good for education purpose. But still infrastructure need to be improved alot. College management should consult with government to provide more facilities in college. Overall College gives us lot of memories so i can conclude that college is good.

The college is real good as we get to experience various cultures. As we get students from other states like harayana. The faculty is helping and lovable. The campus needs real improvement the hostels are broken. The food in mess can be improved. The campus is large enough still have lots of empty spaces. A single ground for all sports. Mess is fine. The hostel timmings for girls is not comfortable. The timmings are of 7 o clock which is totally wrong as they have right to roam in campus whenever they feel fine!

This college is suitable for both fun and study. You can do what you want to do without any particular limitations imposed by the administration. Academic environment is not as strong as one might expect but it torally depends on oneself.

College is at best location in the city you won't find any college in the centre of the city in any state except my college which has sucha a big campus of 161 acres. And Amritsar is a beautiful city.I don't regret any moment living here. In the cons its just the fees that pinches a little but it's fine. One more thing our college provides single room to everyone from the 1st year u won't get that anywhere " full freedom " i would say.Also we have Dams for pg prepartion just at a distance of 1.5 km from college.
