The college is good and maintained. Placements of CSE, IT and ECE branches are good, and almost all students get placed at the end of the college.The college provides 4 hostels 1 separate for the 1st year, and the rest 2 are for the rest of the years. It provides a single hostel for girls.

We cannot compare this college with the top premium colleges in India. But when you compare private college under West Bengal University of Technology, then Asansol Engineering College is the place where you pursue B.Tech. Not all teachers are good, but some teachers are up to the mark.

Very reputed college in West Bengal. At the time of admission it was ranked seventh among all private colleges. I live nearby and that's a major criteria for me. I spend only 20 rupees up and down and that's all.

It is a very good College for Engineering students in West Bengal. The Placements are very good with top ranking MNCs hiring students each year. Also, the faculties of all the departments are quite good and supportive.

It was one of the best college near Jharkhand having such a great set of faculties. It's having good infrastructure facilities allowing students to explore and grab the best of knowledge. It's having all the practical facilities along with big ground for extra curricular activities.

i wanted to stay in hostel and the college had good reputation. the buildings looked nice and i felt homelike so i decided to go for this. plus i saved a lot of money on conveyance and daily travel. the hostels are really nice

I wanted to experience hostel life, that's the main criteria. Being a resident of Kolkata I couldn't get any hostel here. And the college has a good placement record and reputation. So I decided to go for it.

The College has a very good placement record, it has a very nice and vast campus with Football fields and basketball courts, it has modern labs and equipments, decent faculty members, good canteen and hostel facilities, the fees is also affordable, Btech fees for 4 years is about 4.2 lacs ( Tution Fees ), It's affiliated under MAKAUT University, cut off rank is about Thirty Thousand in WBJEE for Btech in CSE, The Location of the college is also great, The College has a decent library. It also has a nice gym with very low member ship costs. The college has many clubs like Hardware Club, Coding Club etc. You can join these clubs for added benefits. I opted for Computer Science and Engineering because it's the best course that this college has to offer, it's currently one of the top most demanded courses in India and as well as abroad, and the placement history is also very good in this college.

The Asansol Engineering College or AEC is a self-financing college in West Bengal, India offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering and Technology and other allied fields. It was established in 1998 by The Academy of Engineers as a joint venture between the JIS group and the Techno India group.

It was convenient for me as it is near to my home. The college is good as it has a very supportive and helping faculty members. The environment of the college is good with nice infrastructure. The college also provide us with campusing, extra activities and opportunities.
