The placement ratio of birsa institute of technology is very well. In 2020, there is a total of 600 students got their campus placement. The highest package is around 13.6 LPA and the average package is around 6 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The placement ratio is average at bit Sindri, but upcoming year the placement is very well. In 2020 the placement ratio is all about 70-80%. The highest package is 13 lakh and average package is 6 lakh. There are total 400 students got campus placement in 2020 pandemic.

Good enough college

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is average. There are many companies which come but in civil the placement is very very less. There are only some companies which come in the Civil department and about 12 students in hundred students get placed in civil but in other branches, the placement is about 40 to 50 students.

The placement is good here. The campus placement starts in the seventh semester. There are many companies which visited her like TATA, Aditya Birla group etc. The highest package is about 12 lakh and the average package is 5 lakh.

Placement Experience:

BIT Sindri offers BTech in 10 specialisations including Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Production, Chemical, ECE, Civil, Mining, CSE and IT. The institute has an active Training and Placement Cell which works round the clock to secure lucrative job opportunities for its students. As per the placement record of 2018-19, 318 students got placed in various companies. The highest salary package of Rs 10.12 LPA was bagged by a BTech in Metallurgy student. Top companies such as Tata Hitachi, Tata Steel, Aditya Birla Group and Wipro visit the campus to recruit students.

The college is affordable to all- [BIT] Sindri, Dhanbad

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is average. Many companies visited here like Tata, Aditya Birla group, TRSNSRAIL, L&T. The highest and average package vary with the company. Some of the company provides highest package 600000 package 300000. The overall highest packages are 1200000 and the average package is 5 lakh. There are about 50% of the student who gets placed. My plan is also to get placed.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. More than 100 companies visits and more than 380 students get placed. Highest package is about 13 lakh per annum and the average package is about 5.6 lakh per annum. The placement of our college is well more than 50% students get placed in this college. The more number of students get place In core branch Mechanical And Electrical branch. In the civil branch, the placement ratio is low. There are many types of companies like TATA, JSW, L&T, VEDANTU, TCS, Asian Paint, Schlumberger, Deloitte,etc come every year. The highest package is gone is about 12 lacs per annum by TATA and by core branch students like Mechanical, Electrical and also Metallurgy and CS. I plan to do GATE after my degree.

Placement Experience:

BIT SINDRI has a decent placement percentage. Top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HUL, Tata stell, Deloitte, JSW visit our campus. The highest package was 12.5 lakhs in IT and the average package was 5.5 lakh. About 60 % of students get placed each year. The top recruiter of our college is Tata stell. Many students attempt GATE, last year one student got AIR 14. I am also preparing for GATE for top PSU's. Students after the 7th semester are eligible for the campus placement.

Placement Experience:

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Here, many different MN's companies and national companies arrive at companies. Those companies are TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, l&t, byzus, Vedanta, MRF etc. In 2020 there are a total of 700 offers are made. The highest package is 15 lakh and the average package is 6 lakh. Total 90 percent of students got placed in this pandemic era.

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
