As i already tell you about the college placement services there s a great opportunity for you to place in high school as a elementary teacher m the salary package is so good and depends on the schools .
There are scholarships which are provided to students when their marks are appropriate and things like that.
I love the infrastructure. it is made of beautiful red bricks, bringing with it the typical du vibe. also has a beautiful field, which is the students' favourite in cold winter months.

Dislikes

My classmates were bitchy as hell. Very jealous and very fake.
The infrastructure is not very great rather it's on the negative side
The infrastructure is very bad, the washrooms especially are not clean. There is very less space, students often don?? get rooms. The campus is really small, however, a new building is under construction and may be functioning by next year.

Experience at Gargi College

Likes

Vibrant Campus Life with lively and enthusiastic students, fests, exhibitions and an active student union voted for by the students.
Good academic infrastructure with laboratories, classrooms, library, cafetaria, ground, basketballa and tennis court, lecture halls and auditorium
Stands up to its reputation by NIRF ranking

Dislikes

Absence of hostels as students have to go for expensive PGs and hostels outside campus
Dysfunctional washrooms and water points
Constant renovation and construction around campus

Placement Experience:

Students from Science Courses rarely go for placements and prefer higher studies. But placement opportunities are given in the last semester of the last year to most students from the Arts and Commerce courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very good. We learned many courses like Excel, Tally, Computer etc. The faculty is very supporting, hard-working and motivating. They try to interact properly with the students and are available for them using different platforms.

The environment of the campus is very subtle,
The societies of DU are very fun,trips and all these things
The food at canteen is top notch and also the fastfood stalls around college

Dislikes

Network problem,as I'm in Gargi college network sucks there
8-5pm college schedule is very hectic and back to back classes are tiring
New education Policy is good but last minute changes pressurized students very much

I am doing my bachelor's in the field of life sciences, which includes zoology, botany, and chemistry why I chose this course because it is very vast, and as I was interested in the research field it provides all of this. The faculty is very good, all of them have done Ph.D. in their fields and the teaching method is based on a practical approach.

Just DU things

Likes

Management of science squad specially lab management
The way fest are organised and held by every society
The way teachers teaches us and helps in our every problem

Dislikes

Very very bad network all over the campus
No safety as there is no camera all over the campus
You can't issue any book from without you library card

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually, I'm a neet aspirant and this course will be a great help to qualify for it. The faculty is good but you have to give your full time. Teaching methods are good. It is harder than expected and exams are taken at the interval of 3 months and subjects are also increased so it's a little difficult.

I liked the Auditorium of Gargi college very much it is very spacious and has very good lighting and sound effects.
Gargi College has very big ground and it is very good for cricket lovers because it has pitches made.
I liked the teachers and faculty of members of the college. They are very knowledgeable and supportive.

Dislikes

I think the infrastructure of the college could be a bit better.
Not a single camera is there in our college, which is not a good sign concerning the security of the students.
Security issues could be improved. Strangers should not be allowed to enter the college premises

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is BBE is a very practical and analytical course. I chose this course because I have deep interest in this field. We have three core subjects and there are 59 students in our class. We have great teachers and they are very knowledgeable.

Gargi -Is it worth your 4 years?

Likes

Infrastructure sicieties which provide a chance of overall development.
Decent placements which gives you a good start for your career.
Various add on courses for skill building

Dislikes

A lot of stressful moments due to overburdened assignments
While selecting students for PORs preference is given on past records rather ongiving new people opportunities.
Professors are not very cooperative and there is a lack of connections between Professors and students.

Placement Experience:

Students in the 5th sem become eligible for campus placements. 90 percent placements I have also got placement so I'll be joining the company after my college gets over. I have also planned to do an MBA in case I am able to crack the interview at B school.

The fest season especially the annual fest
Good Faculty and helpful teachers. They're pretty lenient
Infrastructure is very different from other colleges

Dislikes

The exam season is pretty dreadful and stressful
The washrooms are not well built and sometimes the flushes doesn't even works
The canteen should have more variety of food.

Placement Experience:

I'm still in my first year so I don't know about the placements. But the placement cell of GARGI COLLEGE is super active and provides students with a lot of opportunities for internships. A lot of students have been placed in huge companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, etc.

As I am currently in 4th semester so I didn't get any placement but yeah in the final year, I m definitely gonna take it as it was full of the package we expect according to the course and different companies come to college for placements and I think this is the best place for placement as college give you everything based you don't have to do anything just give an interview and group discussion. That's all.

Campus placement is good as the placement cell of Gargi is very active. In 4th sem, only college placement starts. Big4 company comes to Gargi college for placement. So yea placements are good for graduation level.

It is one of the best colleges under DU. Here is some information regarding Gargi College.

In 2021, it was ranked 9th for arts by Indiatoday 2021.
The college infrastructure is quite good.
The student crowd is decent. You will get to meet all kinds of people on campus.
Quite often, the cultural societies of the college put up great shows be it dance, street play, or music.
According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered to the students is around 12 LPA.
Some of the major companies that visit the campus placements are Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, etc.
