Gargi College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After the second year, students can sit for placements. Companies like EY, Deloitte, NAMO, Decathlon, KPMG, DE Shaw visited our college. The highest CTC is 10.5 LPA, Average CTC is 4.88 LPA. I have planned to do MBA in the HR field after taking a degree as average placement is not enough.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for placement. As I sat for placements no knowledge about that. But all these things can be checked on the official page of Gargi college. The highest package is around 5-6lakh per annum. A very less percentage of students from science gets placement. It's not an ideal place for those looking for placement. I went for MSC.

I choose life sciences because I have a keen interest in both zoology and botany and life sciences give the opportunity to let us learn both subjects together. the faculty in Gargi college is quite nice though some teachers are quite rude too the rest of the faculty and staff is very polite and helpful. all the teachers in Gargi College are highly qualified and they are a very amazing way to teach. They will teach you in every way possible to make you understand the topic but you do have to be very attentive during the teaching time. exams are quite easy and you can easily clear them by studying just two or three days before exams and by practicing previous year question papers.

Students become eligible for placement from fifth-semester various companies like KPMG, EY visit campus and provide decent placements with an average package of 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. One of my friends got placed in KPMG with the package of four lakhs per annum on the post of the analyst. After completing your graduation from the college you can directly go for placements or you can apply for Masters in various colleges in subjects like physics chemistry and mathematics or you can go for MBA also to enhance your career in the particular subject.

The placement cell of the college is very active even throughout the pandemic it has provided us with work from home internships. The placement offers internships in various fields and each and every student is quite satisfied with the working of the placement cell.

Right now and I'm preparing myself for a master's degree. I want to study in a foreign college cause for subjects like science they provide good facilities. And I'm still giving thought to career professions.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. There are many companies on campus including De Shaw, Deloitte, Accenture, Board Infinity, NTT, Studio Mosaic, Wise Finserv, etc. and some have really good and attractive packages. The highest package this time was 21 LPA, and the average till now is 6-7 LPA. Approximately 20-30 students got placed till now and the placements are still going on, so there are many more to go. My plans after getting the degree is to find a good job and get settled.

College provides many placement cells every week. Many students take the benefits from placement cells. But I really never go for this placement cell. I will try that i will also take benefit from placement cell. And know more about this.

At the start of the final year, students become eligible for sitting in placements. The average package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like KPMG, EY, Genpact, etc. Visit the campus and 80% of students get placement. Also, apart from the college placement cell, there is a central placement cell as well for the entire university in which the students can register and sit for multiple placement and internship opportunities.
