As i already tell you about the college placement services there s a great opportunity for you to place in high school as a elementary teacher m the salary package is so good and depends on the schools .
There are scholarships which are provided to students when their marks are appropriate and things like that.
I love the infrastructure. it is made of beautiful red bricks, bringing with it the typical du vibe. also has a beautiful field, which is the students' favourite in cold winter months.

Dislikes

My classmates were bitchy as hell. Very jealous and very fake.
The infrastructure is not very great rather it's on the negative side
The infrastructure is very bad, the washrooms especially are not clean. There is very less space, students often don?? get rooms. The campus is really small, however, a new building is under construction and may be functioning by next year.

Sneak peek of gargi

Likes

I liked gargi campus as it has a. Big ground and there are a lot of trees and plants which make it refreshing
The fellow classmates and students are really friendly and helpful
Gargi college really helped in my personal development

Dislikes

Some of the faculty are a real headache to deal with
There are not a lot of options in canteen
There's no hostel which leads to living in pgs which causes a lot of trouble

Placement Experience:

I am in first year of college so have not had chance to get to know much about placement but most of my seniors have either gone abroad for further studies or for jobs or they are doing their masters in top colleges in India

Gargi : The Barbie World

Likes

I like the campus, it's red walls are more than just bricks and walls.
I like the biodiversity here. We have 2 dogs, one peacock and so many rabits in the campus
I like the faculty and crowd of the college

Dislikes

I don't like the washrooms here which are not cleaned
I don't like the canteen which has a very limited menu
The college is too academically oriented

I have my plans to do Masters after my degree and apply for net examination as I want to opt the profession of a professor and Complete my PhD. I like teaching and interacting with students so I have decided to do so.

The College

Likes

The campus is good and it is women college so there is no boys and the environment of the college is peaceful
The faculties of English department is good and help a lot
The seniors are also very helpful and also help whenever you ask them

Dislikes

The canteen isn't good it is costly and doesn't give a good amount of food, for ex the students of pg can't get enough food
The washrooms are not clean and classroom of are small
The teachers don't clarify the division of the marks

1. Well I want to pursue my carrier as an English professor so that's why I chose this course. 2. The course helps me or people to think about something in many perspective for ex it give us idea to question about things such as why, what if and also to think about something critically.

The crowd is good and the ambience is really good
The campus has installed all the necessary facilities and being here has been a nice experience
The professors are really good , well versed and interacts kindly with students

Dislikes

Being a girl's College, it doesn't hv hostel facilities
The campus is of 13 acres , so it's quite small
Situated in a secluded area, quite away from other institutions

The teaching method comprises of modules, fieldwork, data analysis , group projects It's really interactive Although its nt a hyped course for the present dy real life work bt is pretty interesting After pursuing the same, one cn go for masters in microbiology, botany, or under NEP in biotechnology/biochemistry etc

Second all function celebrate with on good level
Third i will say if there will be go bad thing in college action will be take immediately

Dislikes

In sports there is somewhere partiality, biasness.
For choosing the additional courses in college too much problem create
Nescafe person's behavior is actually rude.

I am doing ba program (Computer application (CA) + Entrepreneuship and small business) the course attracted me because of computer is very future based course and in now days its necessary on some level. As i am doing CA its very helpful for me for ???? future???? purpose. And there are some other additional courses as well which is very important for understand the purpose of real world amd they are. To be honest there are some course which we are not able to do because of some teacher Unavailability. I gave exam of PWD as a scribe for this student some exam time given to him/her but some teacher are like that they do so much hurry up

I appreciate the infrastructure, labs are build nicely and student's opting for any science streams will get a nice exposure to the practical concept.
Faculty is usually quite understanding, especially my Zoology department. Faculty is seen to be very inclusive, anyone from any category, gender or race will not feel any exclusion by college faculty and staff.
Opportunity in college society and events are many you need to be proactive to pick those.

Dislikes

College infrastructure in non science part is not good, washrooms are poor , canteen needs improvement.
Students can be excluding someone if they have such mindset .

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is relevant to today's demand in society, it is including al the possible aspects of society including optional courses they teach relevant topics. But assignment style is outdated in my opinion as they take more of labour time then knowledge then usual.

I really like the environment of Gargi College.
The professors here are so professional.
Gargi College teaching methods because they teach through real life examples.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of Gargi College is okiesh.
The area of the college is also the factor I don't like.
The area in dimension is also some sort of small.

Gargi is a Gallantry College!!

Likes

The newly constructed auditorium is best among all the colleges of DU.
Not just dance and music societies but even the street play societies of the college are world class.
For students who are pursuing additional courses are given linenancy in attendance.

Dislikes

Crowd isn't as good as other DU colleges.

Placement Experience:

PWC, Deloitte, Nestle and many other Multi National Companies come to our campus. Placements at Gargi college are single out as we have almost 100% placements record. Not even LSR or the Hindu College have placements like us.

The faculty the faculty was great. They are always there to guide you. Teach you.
societies are very active. They are organising different events, Competitions
Hygiene, always clean, their corridor, washrooms. Everything was very clean and hygienic.

Dislikes

Canteen, the canteen was not that much good or up to the mark
The campus size was really small, according to the number of students
First and events are not really up to the mark or like other colleges

Shun (gargi) has one of the best placements. The average placement is of 5.2 5LPA and the median is 4.25 LPA and the highest ghost up to the 23 LPA. It's all depends even on the basis of your skills . they even do provide internships for all the year

I think there is problem of internet connection in the campus which can be approved or cafeteria and this course help me to understand in which field i have to pursue in future physics chemistry maths if i dont have great knowledge of pcm after12th
I am the part of Zenith association which represents the two courses physical science and life science and campus life is also good
Faculty teaches very amzing especially maths and chemistry department there is regular continuously assessment

Dislikes

I have liked mostly everything in the colleges
I have liked mostly everything in the college except internet problem
Internet and cafeteria can be better Accordng to me

My plans after the degree is mba..

It is one of the best colleges under DU. Here is some information regarding Gargi College.

In 2021, it was ranked 9th for arts by Indiatoday 2021.
The college infrastructure is quite good.
The student crowd is decent. You will get to meet all kinds of people on campus.
Quite often, the cultural societies of the college put up great shows be it dance, street play, or music.
According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered to the students is around 12 LPA.
Some of the major companies that visit the campus placements are Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, etc.
