As i already tell you about the college placement services there s a great opportunity for you to place in high school as a elementary teacher m the salary package is so good and depends on the schools .
There are scholarships which are provided to students when their marks are appropriate and things like that.
I love the infrastructure. it is made of beautiful red bricks, bringing with it the typical du vibe. also has a beautiful field, which is the students' favourite in cold winter months.

Dislikes

My classmates were bitchy as hell. Very jealous and very fake.
The infrastructure is not very great rather it's on the negative side
The infrastructure is very bad, the washrooms especially are not clean. There is very less space, students often don?? get rooms. The campus is really small, however, a new building is under construction and may be functioning by next year.

Gargi College defines greatness!

Likes

Central location and best buildings and we also have an entire auditorium building.
Boys are not allowed at our campus at all as Co-Ed events doesnt happen at our college.
Also, Green Park Metro station is at a walking distance from our college.

Dislikes

We don't host events as boys are not allowed and that takes away some of the opportunities which co-ed college students otherwise enjoy.
Mostly it's outsiders at the campus and due to which Delhi students don't get enough leverage as all the top rankers of other states want to study here.

JP Morgan to Indusind Bank, companies related to finance are the ones that gives placements to Gargi students. Highest package thus far for B.Com was of 24 lakhs offered by PWD and average though is 5-6 lakhs which is kind of not good.

Gari College has given endless memories!!

The brick blocks and the kind of energy that revolves in and around the campus is like top level.
Faculties are always into us and getting into our nerves and skins to make sure that our college girls stands out during any university exams or events.
We ourselves have enough events and societies meetings that apart from studies too, we get to learn n number of things at the campus.

Dislikes

Attendance is too strict and for outsiders like us, it's become impossible to maintain that as holidays are less.

B.Com has the second placements at our college after B.Com Hons and must say, all the companies needs economics reforms and this is where we can serve. Financial analyst to credit appraiser we have everything taught and therefore the banks and the large conglomerate signs us at an average package of 6 lakhs a year.

The campus is really pretty which sort of hoes along with the only girls policy
The staff is really helpful and cooperative and the teachers actually interact with us instead of giving us a lecture
The size of the ground and the overall architecture

Dislikes

some of the classrooms are really small and fitting a class in them is nearly impossible
Sometimes professors cancel the class minutes before it taking place
The canteen needs some improvement and inclusivity

My course is BA english hons which is a 3+1 year course and allows you to pursue your PhD right after. My course explores not only literature but philosophy, science, psychology and analysing people and events through a writer's eye

My college has friendly nature , Where it provide a platform to student to Excel in new areas
My college provide various career opportunities And helps in enhancing skills of students
My college is a place where you can network around more people and it provide your platform where you can showcase your skill without any judgment

The infrastructure of colleges, little bit of vintage, which provides some kind of Problem to student
The college is less associated with Dusu Which results to decrease in opportunities for students Decrease in opportunities
There are less societies in college As compare to other colleges of Delhi University

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is very good as the college provide lot of placement opportunities from different big four companies of India, as well as the global companies for example, Deloitte and EY . I also got my placement in EY as a assistant worker with an annual income of four lakh . 50% or 70% students mark their placement in this college. the highest package is of 12,00,000 And the average package is of four lakh. I want to pursue MBA in future . from the third year from fifth semester, the students are eligible to participate in the placement cell organised in the college and give their interviews for different companies . as in the air 2024-25, the college got a lot of good placements

Gargi College has good faculties!!

There are some private girls hostels in our area and this is why many parents send their daughters here as otherwise finding a PG close to college is actually difficult.
Our faculties don't just teach but gives us a proper career guidance too.
Our course is prescribed by none other than Indias top university called DU, so needless to say about how effective it is.

Dislikes

Gargi doesn't have its own hostel and it's a drawback for sure.

Many companies and tour companies like Goibibo and others. Even hotels like Lemontree and others are also into our college placements scene and an industry which is dominated by girls, our college has cracked it well as most students get placed from our college and with a kind salary of 40 thousand plus.

College keeps conducting various activities time to time
Placement cell also works well and keeps providing information about various internships from time to time
We get a good singer for our annual fest like this time as Akhil sachdeva

Dislikes

Timetable gaps are too much that sometimes you need to wait for like 3 hours
Our library doesn't have AC while in many other colleges they have

Our college conducts internship fairs once in a year ,where many companies come in , so we get experience.also my course has placement .At the end of the course we get placement drives where we get a chance to be placed on campus .

Our college is girls college and i appreciatw and feel greate that i am part of this college because of safety measures
The teaching faculty is great, teachers are expert in there field and are very helpful
I also like the placement cell and internship opportunities provided

Dislikes

I however like the canteen food less. Also tendor seems to change very frequently

Placement is very good in gargi college. The members of placement cell work very hard and all top companies come on board for placement. Companies like KPMG , deloitte etc comes every year and for every stream. Highest package is around 24 lakhs i guess and average is 5 lakh per year.

Gargi College has many gorgeous students!!

Likes

The most loveliest campuses as firstly it is far from South and North Campus hustles and therefore we can be out own at our college.
No boys or men are even allowed inside the college and that's a biggest plus to me.
During college hours, we get to learn a lot of things at college besides our textbooks.

Dislikes

Network issues are too high as in some corners of the college the internet doesn't work.

Placement Experience:

Placements offers are coming here as soon as we are in our final semester. For students choosing German as specialization many foreign universities offices or travel agencies like Thomas Cook and others also offers us job and that too of 40-45k monthly.

The college is a safe environment for the girls. We can move around very freely in here.
This is an all girls college. Hence, there are no boys at all.
The teachers here are genuinely into making the students study. Be it their effective ppt's or their teaching methods, they leave no stone unturned to make the students understand the concepts.

Dislikes

The college societies are not good. It should be improved.
The canteen is not good at all. We do not have many options to avail from.
The internship opportunities provided to us are not good enough.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, BANK OF AMERICA, EY, etc visit our college for placements . Deloitte takes in the maximum students . Approximately, 25. 50-60 percent students get placed for the commerce . I plan to pursue my MBA after this.

It is one of the best colleges under DU. Here is some information regarding Gargi College.

In 2021, it was ranked 9th for arts by Indiatoday 2021.
The college infrastructure is quite good.
The student crowd is decent. You will get to meet all kinds of people on campus.
Quite often, the cultural societies of the college put up great shows be it dance, street play, or music.
According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered to the students is around 12 LPA.
Some of the major companies that visit the campus placements are Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, etc.
