- Teacher are so good. they behave very well. they support all time
- Yes, they provide scholarship fees, the job opportunities are also good and placements are also good.
- Amazing campus and social life. sports culture is one of the best in this college and also the main thing that is placements are the main attraction point of this college
Dislikes
- The hostels facility is not so good. the bathrooms are not so clean and there are hygiene issues. the food in the mess is not that much healthy.
- The things i disliked about my college is the teachers. sometimes the teachers teaches us in bengali language which is not understand by all the students
- The infrastructure of the class is not prominent. we have to ware college uniforms everyday. the projectors are broken in the class. there are broken benches in the class.

Moreover placement is good laboratories are well equipped extracurriculae activities is also available. Faculties are humble and helpful.College infrastructure is nice with large playground basketball ground. And many other facilities. Overall its a great college to enjoy this 4years of life.

Positive remarks are good Infrastructure and location, good environment, helpful friends and senior and faculty.
Negative remarks is placement for non CS and IT students.
Very less opportunity for non CS and IT students.

No negative feedback.Every thing is good for me about my college except some restaurants with in the college campus.Faculy, hostel room,play ground, Garden restaurants,bank facility,book store and library are good.

The College have an atmosphere of studiousness ,ans it is at a distance from main city also there are other colleges nearby like Global institute of science and technology and Haldia Law College, Haldia Institute of Maritime Studies and Research.

Remarks:
College is very good , attendance is not very mandatory, they just only want you to study hard and achieve some big in your life.Many students qualify gate every year and join PSU or go for higher studies. College fees is very feasible. Bow talking the negetivity- College lacks in placements in good companies.

Tje only negative remark about tje college is that it little far from kolkata.
And if you want to do any coaching you have to run kol.
Otherwise everything is awesome.
Therefore one cam take admission without any fear.

Every college have a positive and negative side
Positive side is almost all student got placed
Negative side is that college have more seniority and rule and regulation and one of the most worst is that college follow till dress system like school

The administration is not so cool and they are not very efficient at their work. Overall studying in this college seems to be a good idea if someone wants to persue engineering from a private engineering college in West Bengal.

I got the admission in Haldia institute of technology by giving entrance exam of wbjee.even by giving JEE Mains students can come to this college. Specific rank is required to take admission in different departments of this college. According to the rank counselling happens and department is allotted.

Haldia Institute of Technology is one of the largest residential engineering institutes in West Bengal. It is spread over an area of 36.98 acres of land and has been ranked at 163 position by NIRF ranking. The college is also accredited with A grade by NAAC
Courses:
The college offers various courses- B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA with a number of specialisations. The college offers B.Tech in CE, CSE, ECE, ME, IT, EE, Biotech and in many other specialisations and M.Tech in ECE, CSE, CE, ME and Biotechnology. The college has also offered new courses for B.Tech in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and cyber security. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering are top departments.
Placements:
As per the data of batch 2017-18, 72% students were placed and around 140 companies visited the campus for placements. Some of the top recruiters were Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, Nestle, Adani Wilmar etc.
Fest:
The college also organises annual cultural fest “Riviera” and annual Techno Management fest- Prayukti”. A lot of competitions and events are held during the fest and different colleges participate in the same.
