IMSEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In August, September companies started visiting the campus. The 7th and 8th semesters are eligible for campus placement. The highest package is around 7 to 8 lakh but generally, 60% of the student got 324 lakh package. I am planning for higher studies in technology after getting this degree.

It is one of the best private institutions in NCR, and they call many companies for placements. The faculty there, is very helpful and supportive although at times they are very strict and made some absurd rules and regulations but overall they will always be at the side of their students. You can go to any faculty at any time if you have any doubt. The ground is also very big to play after class games and refresh your mind. the canteen is just under the library so you can have snacks while studying. The library has all the varieties of books for all the courses that are offered in the college and you can also request for more books if there is any missing. You get free registers for every semester so you don't have to go buy them yourself. The college also provide with placement training in the final year to make sure alo of the students get placed. The only drawback is that they do not provide NOC for job if required by the company at my time, so if the things are changed now it will be great. Many fests are organised in the college both cultural and technical to provide personality development for the students. sports competitions and technical competition are the best part of the college life and ims does not fail to impress here as well. so if you are looking for a great college life, you can choose this college.

students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. For biotechnology, placements are very good. The offers are both in core and non-core companies. College prepares us well for the placements with lots of GDs and mock interviews. 90% of students of my batch got placed.

As of my 12th percentage it was best college that agreed to enroll me in mechanical engineering.Currently this college is not good if you are thinking of doing engineering from trades like mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics or biotechnology. As these departments are on the edge of geeting closed due to less number of students.Also the above mentioned department rarely call core companies, so there is less than 10 % chance that you will be get placed from college in your core companies.Now, if anyone want to do engineering from IT or CS department college provides immense opportunity for them.but due to high demand there is a percentage criteria of more than 75 in PCM in 12th grade.There is more than 95 % chance of getting placed in these two department if you are average scorer in engineering also completed the graduation without any backlogs.College is on good location, transport, food and residence is easily available nearbys if you are not opting for hostel.

The college placement is good. Almost 85% of students are placed through campus placement drive on a good salary package. The average salary package varies from 4 to 6 LPA. Top core companies like coca-cola, Ericsson, NTT Data, etc., and IT companies like HCL, HP, TCS, NIIT, etc. visit our college for campus recruitment.

over the year I noticed, the college had 75-80% successful placements among the students who had applied. cognizant, HCL Tech, Infosys was a few of the recruiting companies. 90-95 % of students had internships in various companies across India and abroad.

I got admission through personal interview and direct (PCM) i.e. 70% in the CSE branch.

From 7th-semester students are eligible for placement, but palcement cell works on placement preparation from 2nd year onwards more than 200 companies visit the campus every year. The highest package is around 12 LPA.more than 90% of students get placement each year.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placement activities. As I have already mentioned that almost 90 percent of students get placed during placement drive. Various companies like CTS, TCS, Wipro, cord life, etc are the companies which visit regularly on year basis. I would like to go fo higher studies further.

Every year all the eligible students get placement opportunities. Major recruiters are TCS, Wipro. Accenture, Nestle, Ericsson, Amazon, and many more. The highest placement package at that time was 10 LPA in the Biotechnology department. Most of the students in the 2017 batch got placement from college. Nearly 80 -90% of students every year got their job through the placement cell of the department.
