Oh, so This is one of the two things where ANDC lacks.
The Placement at Acharya Narendra Dev College is not so good.
But there is one positive thing about placements in ANDC and that is Mostly the students who get placed is from our Course B.com (Hons) but if we see overall placement reports the college performance in campus recruitment is not that much good as compared with other Delhi University Colleges.
College placements records are low as compared to other colleges and universities. The companies came here also for placement but with low packages and few vacancies. Students get an ample number of opportunities for internships during the 2nd and 3rd years of the course. By making efforts on our own by learning new and required skills we can grab a big tech companies job with a good package. I am also preparing for govt. exams and searching for internships and job offers outside of college.
Students become eligible for placements in their last year.
The placement cell is very active. Many companies, including TCS, HCL, Zomato etc. The only downside is that the salary offered is in the range of 3.5-5 lacs per annum.
There are no placements in this course. After completing this course one can go for higher studies like M.Sc, MBA, and another field. One can also go for preparing government jobs after this course. After my graduation, I want to go higher study.
Mathematics was always my favorite subject. So BSc (H) Mathematics was my dream course. There is enough teachers in college. The faculty teacher ratio is 1:10. Faculties are highly educated and well experienced. that have qualified net and most have Ph.D. degree. University conducts exam in six months. The course is divided into semesters. Semester exams are of a moderate level.
I chose this course because I have a deep interest in learning maths. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10. All faculties are highly educated and have doctorate degrees. They are experienced and have good teaching skills. Exams are based on a semester basis. Semester exams are a bit tuff to crack.

Majorly courses are bachelor of science or commerce inspite of this there is a facility of campus placement which is itself surprising. But it is true many companies come and hire some students from our college too.
Some education field companies or some bank like RBS or others these are some names which came last years. Unfortunately college was closed due to Covid lockdown and many of us missed this opportunity but there is a good facility of placement if you are capable you can definitely get a chance.
One can get a lot more opportunities for internships in the college. Other than that one will go through a skill enhancement course every semester which will definitely improve your knowledge (like for me IPRights and IT skill courses add a very positive effect in my confidence of 'knowing something additional'
Although in a course like Physical Sciences I have not so much to say about the package yes once you add a degree of masters a specific subject in it (which I am going to pursue) then definitely you will have a package of 6 lac p.a.
