From the 4th sem, we become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that visit are very good. If you were vigilant in the class and were able to focus in understanding the subject, then getting placed wouldn't be much of an issue to you. I am a first-year student, after completing my summer internship, i am Eligible for placements and around from Sep.- Octobers the companies are coming for placements, around 90+companies came and around 280 + offers are made. The highest package is 17 lakhs and the average is around 7.9 -8 lacs Around 95% + students are placed in my senior batch and others will be placed soon.

Placements even in covid are pretty well at IMT N. Almost 80% of the batch is placed. Still, college is giving their best to place the remaining Peps. The college achieves above 90% Placement policy and has been doing better and better every year. Companies that are brought in for the recruitment process are also increasing and a better reach has been achieved. The average package revolves around 8L this year with more than 70% of the batch already placed, with the target of placing all the students. The summer internship program starts from 2nd year, 4th term, which is mandatory for all the students, and companies start to visit the college from the month of October and the processes go on till all the students are placed.

Placements are good if we look at on ROI basis. The average package is around 6-7 lakh and the highest package is 16 lakh. year by year more and more companies visiting campus and taking part in the recruiting process. The median package is 5.5 lakh. If you perform good in college, competitions, and your profile suits the recruiter, you might get a good placement. In the starting years, salary doesn't matter, if you get a chance to work in a big company, then your life is set.
