There is on campus placement available but in some specific grounds . Highest placement is 36lalh and average placement is 10 lakh . Research facilities also available and you can get reference after college life . You can get campus placement after 5th semester. Carter, Brain &Co, Accenture, KPMG, HCL, KANTAR. And other electrical accessories companies also come for placement but it is limited. But you can get off campus placement by college name . 500 offers made previous year. My plan is to get Masters or Integrated PhD and prepare for civil service exams.

I took physics because I wanted to study more about physics and wanted to explore more in this field but here you are provided with extra 4 side subjects and you are not able to focus on physics only. Some professors are really good but you only find these types of teachers rarely.

For my course the placements are not so good because people are usually prepping for UPSC Or civil services. I have to do Law further so I have to prepare for its entrance exam. About 40% of the students get placements

I chose BA prograThe quality of teaching is great. The teaching skills of teachers are quite nice and good. Exams are quite easy. They asked really easy questions, which a normal student can answer on there own but sometimes the exams are quite hard.m (history +political)

I chose this course because I had interest in the subject and to know more about human society. The student ration is almost equal in terms of male and female. The teaching method is alright. The exams have been conducted timely only

My course Bsc prog Electronics, this course have 3 domians ie electronics, maths, physics one can opt for any domain to do honors in it, in 4th year. Faculty to student ratio is about 1:6 as there are 35 students in my class. All the professors are well qualified and are phd holders. There are practical exams and semester exams they are quite lengthy but questions are easy.

The placements are comparatively less as many students go to research after their bachelors and many into government jobs especially UPSC , if you meet 100 people in DU in one day then almost 80 of them wants to do UPSC . But for the ones who wish to get placements, you have to struggle and make efforts from your side , the average package which one student gets in Maths hons is like 10-12 lpa but the package increases in Statistics hons . If you need a really good package, you need to improve your skills and try out yourself to get the placements. Only relying on the college will not help you out to get placements. Students usually go for masters in IIT through IIT JAM as I have seen many of my seniors are also preparing for it and many have gone to IITs for masters. I am also planning to get some placements or otherwise Masters from IIT.

Of course , Physics hons is one of the toughest course to study , so opt it if you have interest in physics otherwise you might be regretting . The faculty of physics department in Hindu college is best in DU.

Students become eligible for placements in semester V. The highest package is 12LPA and average is around 5LPA After getting the degree I plan to appear for JAM and pursue masters. The percentage of students getting placements is around 75.

The course curriculum is good and easy for a student to study . We had a variety of choices in each semester so that we can get chance to study more subjects . My purpose of choosing this course is that I want to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together , but if I opted for Honors then this opportunity would have missed . So I decided to choose B.Sc Physical Science. The faculty to student ratio is perfect . There is about 1 teacher per 10 students. Almost all facilities have done P.hd from renowed institutions and have a deep knowledge of their subject and their teaching method is just awesome. Semester exams are held after every 4 months and it is very easy for a student to pass in exams and it is seen that it is possible to pass by studying even before 2-3 days of exam .
