The college has an experiienced and supportive faculty, with great teachers who ensure attractive and engaging classes.
There are various scholarship provided to meritorious students every year, so u can avail the benefits of it by meeting it's eligibility criteria.
An excellent number of students secured placements, reflecting the college's strong industry connections.

Dislikes

I took cuet and cut for my course varied based on different combinations and categories also admission through cuet is very haptic it's a very long process a simple mistake can ruin your whole admission process
I also disliked the administration block of my college because they do every in a very gradual manner. many time main members go on leave.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any sports quota for volleyball

College and internship

Likes

Library of the college is good and there are many books and good reading place available
Overall college is okay and there is fun

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college need to be improve.
Annual fest should be better and encouragement of better performances.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my course and college is okay. Students of 3rd year are provided the opportunity to get them. Average pack is between 6-7 lakhs per year. I don't want to opt for placement after my graduation.

Kirori Mal college in a nutshell

Likes

I liked the fact that fees was very affordable.
The locality of the college with markets and other colleges.
The non attendance burden is also very nice.

Dislikes

The crowd of this semester is not that good.
The infrastructure is also not upto the mark.
The expectations were just not met with the teaching also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum and faculty members are fine but not that cooperative to be very honest.The teaching is not top notch and curriculum includes various irrelevant assignments that just add up necessary work.

Honest review of a KMC student

Likes

I like the thing that decent placement opportunities are available at kirori Mal College.

Dislikes

The worst thing I found here is it's infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it was the best option available to me as I was from non maths background, so can't opt for eco hons. Student ratio at kirori Mal in my course is around 55:45, ie, 55% of students are boys and rest are girls.

KMC - life and beyond.

Likes

Friendly behaviour of people around the college
Faculties teaching method and their depth of knowledge
Cooperative administration and their care

Dislikes

Infrastructure needs major improvement in the college
No ACs in some classrooms - calls for a fight against heat
Canteen food needs major improvement in terms of taste

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculties are great and cooperative. In Commerce Honours department, it becomes a fun journey to study under such experienced faculties. Same goes for the other branches of this college as my friends praise about their teachers and faculties.

A Fair review about kirori mal college

Likes

The North campus area and the sports facility
The crowd is okayish as there are a lot of reserved students
Good environment and sustainability supporting college

Dislikes

The total area of the college which is quite small
The reservation system as it doesn't lead to fair play
It is more theoretical than being more practical

Placement Experience:

The average package of my course is around 7 lpa ctc. It is decent as compared to the fees structure of the facility All the big four consulting firms come regularly in the college Highest package was of 52 lakhs About 183 students got placement My plan after degree is doing masters

The course curriculum is not that difficult but as i am myself in my first year writing this so from my experience i can say that the 1st semester is all about class 12 syllabus. In my opinion if you have strong class 11&12 basics then you would find this course very easy!

I choose this course because I have interest in physics. There are many other things we can do in field of physics. The ratio of teacher student is 1:20 All facilities have PhD in physics. There are exams in 2 month. It is moderate

College life at kirorimal college DU

Likes

8 liked the campus life plus the environment that we study we can find many talented people around us
Sports facility is very good one can play any game during a free period.
Teachers were also nice when you look over all except few of them

Dislikes

Fest doesn't happen here at all . I never see a big fest there
Although the building looks nice but overall area of college is small
One can't have only internship opportunity here

I liked physics and wanted to go deep in that field so I choose bsc physics. Faculty is bit experienced but you find some good professor also but a few of them are average also. Specially the lab work is much appreciated here

Kirorimal College; an honest review

Likes

Faculty: kirorimal college has one of the best English departments and I feel blessed to get an opportunity to study here
Affordable: the college fees is very low and so is the cost of study material, it is to be remembered that du e library provides free resources
Socities and clubs: the socities and clubs in the college help in improving college life and experience

Dislikes

Infrastructure: though the college infrastructure is good, compared to other du colleges, the campus is small and doesn't have "campus spots" to hangout and have fun
Administration: There can be a great improvement in the administration of the college and the university as a whole.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose English Hons out of my passion for literature and DU syllabus is well inclined towards the same. Kirorimal college being one of the best colleges in DU and having one of the best English departments gives us students the opportunity to interact with and learn from great faculties. The teaching methods consists od theory lectures and interactive tutorials bringing about a valuable academic result.
